My experience with Mark Freme was great. I came in on a Saturday still thinking on and vehicle and he let me test drive on a great route, answered all my questions and was cooperative the whole time. I ended up coming in and buying that vehicle 3 days later after thinking it over.

Super disappointed in the professionalism and integrity of this dealership if Abby is a general representation. She listed a Monaco Motorcoach for sale on FB Marketplace. I messaged her and called and spoke asking for additional photos before I drove 2.5 hours ONE WAY to see the unit. She did not send the requested photos but due to my schedule, today was the ONLY day I was available to come. Upon arrival, she met me in the parking lot and I proceeded to walk around the motorcoach. It was very apparent that it had been involved in some type of sideswipe on the drivers side that the photos uploaded to FB Marketplace concealed. The unit had been abused so badly that I did not even bother to step inside. She made a lame excuse for not sending the requested additional photos and quipped, “I’m sorry” as I expressed my disappointment in the representation of the unit. Would definitely NOT recommend doing business here.

Took my car there with brake problems $500 for 2 front brake hoses and system flush still no brakes. Took it to another shop and had abs purged for air in system and brakes work. Went back to Sky and they told me glad you got it fixed after I asked about if it should have been done with brake flush and we'll it should have, then why did I have to pay another shop to do what I was charged here for. Anything else we can do for you, Have a nice day was I was told

Purchased my vehicle there in 2018, had an excellent sales experience. Recently they contacted me about a recall issue, ensured I got the appointment scheduled. The service center was clean and the staff professional and helpful. Issue was taken care of the day of the appointment.

Buyer Beware!!! Drove 9 hours for an X-Plan deal that was approved by the sales manager & finance manager only to be told upon arrival that the paperwork was wrong by the owner. The owner then tried to renegotiate the trade in value of my truck. All kinds of issues with bad business practices and being unethical.....In Response to Alex's comments below: My "less than perfect experience" was due to your mistakes and poor business practices. I already knew what the KBB value was to my truck, they have their own webpage and at no point did your staff offer to use your buying tool and at no point did i decline it. To add to that, I sent you my VIN and a pic of my odometer to your staff. I have attached the pic below. So, I provided the correct mileage information. It's not my fault that you don't know the difference between miles to empty and the odometer. So that mistake was on you; Which I didn't discover your error until on the phone with you.Additionally, you told me fraud had been committed with my paperwork and you had fired your finance manager, Jason. At that point you should have called me instead of letting me drive 9 hours and try to get me over the barrel by reducing my trade in when my driver arrived. Another mistake on your part... I didn't say you refused the x-plan pricing. I said you didn't honor your deal and were unethical...As far as reaching out to you at the dealership, I've called you twice after this debacle happened because there was some paperwork that was left behind. I left a message on your voicemail and spoke with your salesperson another time about it and no one has returned my calls...Did you offer to compensate me for my hotel, gas, or driver costs? I have filed a complaint with Ford Customer Relations.

Well all I can say at the moment is they definitely have some work to do! This business used to be Junge Centerpoint and recently was sold to Sky Ford. I arrived at 7:20 to get my oil changed and asked them to check out my brake booster as I had issues with it a week ago and was told to have my car dealer look at it to make sure the recall work was done on it which it had in 2018. To make a long story short, 2 hours and 15 minutes went by and basically no status was given so I went and checked to see what was up. I was told it was done but he needed to order a part before he could check me out and left. I don't know if it was a part for my car but he never returned even after I left to use the restroom. I was very unhappy with the service and long wait time with no update. Thankfully the service manager gave me my keys back, apologized and told me he wouldn't charge me for the oil change and the service guy would call about the rest. I have been home for almost 2 hours and not a word as to what the issue is with the brakes or if the part ordered was for my car. I have bought several cars from this location but was not impressed with my first visit under new ownership. Women's restroom was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while with p*** stains in the bowl and around the rim and garbage can full and no lid and all before 10am. Not sure what to think..do I find a new shop or drive 20 minutes for subpar service.
