I needed a hold down bolts for a injector on the fly, nobody carries them around our town. I called them up and they had 1 for me and he gave me one free of charge. Saved me days on my injector swap. Super nice, amd the employees were also super nice. Would gave 10 stars if I could.

I give them 10 out of 5 stars! Way to help a person out! I was traveling from Wyoming to New York and my head gasket started leaking and threw a wrench code. I called ahead and they got me on the road fast (2 weeks because of machining). I made it to NY without ANY issues! Tell the team thank you from me. I know they put in extra hours (even a Saturday when they found another problem). Above and beyond.

I never needed a diesel mechanic until I purchased my first diesel in the fall of 2022. We had some major trouble with it right off the bat and Brian seem to me the most honest and trusting mechanic I talked to. Since then he has worked on a couple of my trucks and him and his crew do a fantastic job. Great customer service, and Really good communication. I use the truck for work and he has always been able to be accommodating when it comes to getting it in in a timely fashion. Thanks Brian

Pretty poor customer service and workmanship. Be sure to check and make sure parts used on your vehicle actually fit your vehicle and that nothing on your vehicle was damaged while it was being worked on. All for no one to stand behind the work that was done. Even after standing there being told the correct parts are ordered along with the part that was damaged.Service: Air conditioning

I originally took my F350 Diesel to the Ford dealer in Hiawatha. Just like normal, they found an issue beyond just changing my oil. They informed me my engine was leaking oil, and suggested a $2600 fix. I had had enough of them "finding" issues when every time I came in. There was zero oil on my new driveway. I took it to Brian at Black Widow. He changed my oil, and fuel filters and informed me the "leak" was a very minor issue and nothing to worry about. He also took his time to educate me more on diesel fuel and the engine. Brian has my business from here on out. Thanks Brian!Services: Oil change
