Usually fast but one dock today and 2 guys infront of my currently a little over 2 hrs here ( one worker obviously) it’s only 6 rolls idk what’s taking so long but when it’s fast it’s fast in and out 30 minutes or so please fix dock ?

- Appointment:8/7/23 - 2pm- Check in: 7am- Check out: 8:05amIt’s more like first come first served, there was 2 trucks ahead of me and we all got unloaded within 1 hour. Delivery it’s in the back of the warehouse.

Been here ilsince 1245. Another truck was in the door before me. He is still not unloaded.. the first person I seen was the dock supervisor. Tagging out a dock.. his replies was that he is short handed... 1 hour later talked to the guy was was going to do the unloading he said his partner called in and he is having to load the machine and do the unloading. The lack of planning of management to deal staff issues is not a excuse for them not to help. Where shortage are its called team work

First come, first serve. They don't start unloading until 7am and were fast. Was in and out in 30 minutes.
