My daughter just turned 5 and has been at this school for over a year now. She loves her teachers, she loves her friends and to us, KinderCare is her home away from home. The staff goes above and beyond their duties to help not only my little girl but me when we was having problems at home. I would highly recommended KinderCare to anyone seeking daycare.

They aren’t a bad daycare per say, but I’ve had multiple incidents with them regarding my son being bit by his classmates, like a lot of times, and then there’s also been many times where he came home with filled pants and a dirty face. But I love most of the teachers! Also, they work with you and your schedule very well!

I have NEVER in my life had a worse experience with a childcare center. My child was continuously dirty and sick.They LOST articles of his clothing, shoes and or bottles almost daily. It is a complete organizational MESS. The staff and directors at this center are completely and totally careless when it comes to you and your child.

We LOVE this place!! Our little one is in the infant room & loves going to play with his friends at daycare. The staff are warm, friendly, encouraging & always interacting with the kiddos no matter the time we arrive for drop off & pick up. We especially appreciate the level of communication & all of the learning activities they integrate into the day. Our kiddo has grown leaps & bounds since joining the Kindercare family! It’s a pretty amazing feeling to know you’re leaving your kiddo with people that believe in your kiddos ability to grow & are as fantastic as this bunch!!

Probably the least cleanliness place I have and ever entered my son did not last longer than 4 hours in this place mold all over the garbage cans flies in then it’s to cover the room asked to their director about it and said it was normal for a baby room and they weren’t going to do anything about it overall just a trash environment that does not care about kids only raking in the money so if you care about your child at all I would definitely recommend not bringing them here overall disgusting daycare needs to be shut down

Cleanliness is terrible- especially for a child care facility, they did not add the discount from my employer for the first two months, one day she came home with poo dried in her underwear (she does NOT poop on herself so at that point I assume they did not let her go in to the toilet), they condoned child snatching; my mother came and picked up my daughter before my husband got there, when my husband asked for notification of her return to the day care they did not tell him when she came back. We had to go through the courts to get our daughter back. I will never take my daughter back here and recommend you not enroll in the first place.

We have attended since 2013, and have found the center to be excellent. The teachers genuinely care about the kids, the meals are healthy, there's lots of play time and because they are accredited there is a higher expectation of the staff all around. We love it!

I will admit when walking in to the day careI was really turned off by the smell. But after my daughter had been going there for a bit I felt like we were part of the family. They keep me very informed on how she is doing. So first impressions aren't accurate when it comes to this place. I couldn't imagine my daughter going anywhere but here now.

Terrible very unprofessional especially the director. They lost paperwork that was turned in two weeks in advance failed to misinform the parents of the high activities fee when they're still receiving child care assistance I dont get it. literally had my daughter in tears because all she wanted to do was play and it was an error on their end because they lost the paperwork. Everybody telling something different its just messy I was here new to Iowa and after that day My daughter never went back and I will never recommend KINDER CARE SW to no one I just hope the other kinder Cares isnt like this one on SW. Brudette road Especially when the director is the one thats unprofessional

Worst daycare ever!!! They do not clean. Let kids run and have nothing for them todo! Pulled my kids because my 5 and 6 year Olds were being bullied and nothing done about it and in the infant room their rugs are never washed and full of spitup

Anyone else's kids got pink eye from this place? They let my daughter cry and adjusted her careseat so her straps were loose!!! As well as let her CHEW on her burp cloth!! Unacceptable!

My son has been attending this center since he was around a month old or so, he is currently 9 months and we are still with this center. And i know what your thinking, she works there so she is giving a great review. But before becoming a teacher here I loved the teachers and friendly faces every morning when i dropped off my son for daycare they asked how he was and greeted us. They send home art and they interact with my son and make him feel welcome, they read books and sing songs to the kids. They treat him like one of their own and i love that! The lead infant teacher when i first met her she has always been very friendly and informational and welcoming! KinderCare West is great!!

I started taking my kids to KinderCare in November of 2014 so almost a year ago. KinderCare is the first center they have been to so I was very nervous. KinderCare welcomed us with open arms and just got me really excited for my boy/girl twins to attend there. My twins were born 3 months early and are a little behind for the age. With KinderCare's full curriculum, even for my 21 month olds, they have grown so much and they are right on track to where they should be. KinderCare isn't like every other daycare you go to. Its really a school to get all children ages 6weeks and up ready for preschool!!! The staff are warm and welcoming and the whole appearance of the place just is so welcoming. I couldn't imagine a better place for my kids to be and I'm so glad we found KinderCare!!!5 STARS!!!!!

My daughter has been here since 2011 and she just loves it. My son is only 6 months old and he'll be there until he goes to school. I couldn't imagine them going anywhere else.
