When we moved to Cedar Rapids in 2020 from NC, this branch was closed due to covid. So we put our safe deposit box at another WF location. When it opened back up, we were quite pleased and have received great service up until recently. Today was the final straw. We have attempted to use the drive- thru lane several times in past few weeks but it is never open. (As I have had femur surgery recently, and another upcoming surgery as well, a drive-thru lane is imperative if I am not with my husband.) Today, again...it was closed but I was alone so had no choice but to take myself and walker into the building. Haha. There are NO push button automatic doors for handicapped access SO, between smashing myself in and out two sets of entry doors, I was finally in line. There were only 2 staff and both were helping one customer, with a line behind him. The conversation is one that SHOULD have taken place in another area (booth/office) as it dealt with many details... of an account he was wanting to use..."blind trust"; account with highest balance", etc. After STANDING in line 10 min with my walker, I asked in loud voice, if there were ever any hours that the drive thru was open in that location. Staff member said it was NEVER open and to use the Wells Fargo in Marion..."5 minutes down the road."Upon trying to get back out the same two sets of non-accessible doors, a kind customer offered to help me navigate myself and walker back to my car. When I checked BEFORE heading o Marion, I googled its location. The Marion branch is NOT "5 minutes down the road" but 5 MILES, with a 14 minute drive!Really??? What is the use of having a branch bank inadequately staffed, NO drive-thru service, and is NOT handicap accessible.Appropriate authorities who deal with legalities of handicap accessibility should give this situation a close look.VERY disappointing! If you can't support services there, just close the branch.

Closed again. Would be nice to have the correct hours posted either online or in the store. Tired of coming to this place and never having it open. So I have to wait till the following day to do my banking. Probably just need to switch to a more reliable bank.

Who needs customer service... Not these fine people. Hopefully we can get our business account moved somewhere that takes care of their customers. I've been getting change at this location for 8 years and suddenly I need the account number for it? I suppose typing the name into the computer would be difficult....

Best WF location in town!! 1. Jenny ( Branch Manager) always has the biggest smile on her face. 2. DeLaina (personal banker) is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Before I continue I want to say this a review of Wells Fargo Bank N.A. in its entirety, not just this individual branch. Experiences at this branch do contribute to part of this review. Smarmy bankers with a "wheelin and dealin" big bank mentality. Outrageous policies and fees. Black and white rules that never take the customer and their loyalty into account. I think that is all one needs to say to summarize this corporation.
