After calling customer service 3 times and getting total run a round, I went to the closest branch location. I walked in, really wanting a good confrontational employe to give me some attitude. What I got was a nice greeting when I walked in. There was a person at a desk right at the front door. She seemed to know everyone that walked in. Turns out she was the branch manager, Annie Johnson. She took the time to address my issues, got involved and fixed the issue I was having all with a smile. Made my day that there are helpful people still in banking.
