Everyone was very courteous and helpful both on the phone and in store. I sent my teenage daughter in to have her iPhone screen replaced. They were very nice to her as well and had it done in less time than they said which ended up being about 45 min. Additionally, other stores didn't have a replacement since the phone is older - iPhone 6, but they had the part in stock. My daughter is flying in a couple days by herself and very happy she's able to have a phone with her! I will definitely come here again!

Had an appointment for 12pm.Was told to come back at 2 PM to pick up cell phone having battery replaced. They hadn't started it. So had to wait over an hour for them to go it. Why have someone ho online to setup an appointment and then have to wait soong???? Shame on corporate!!!!But they did put in battery replacement, but broke back plate but put a replacement on for free.

I signed up online for a screen repair appointment to replace my cracked screen on my Galaxy S7. After just a couple of hours, I got an email saying my appointment had been rescheduled for almost 36 hours after my original appointment, one hour before the store closed. I show up at the appointed time and was told it's a 2-hour repair and I would have to leave my phone overnight. Was told they would email me when it was done. I called the store at 1:30 PM the next day to be told it was JUST done . I picked it up and it seemed fine but only after getting the phone home, I discovered there were numerous streaks across the display. Hardly worth the $200+ cost to fix the screen. As time went on, the screen developed more and more dark streaks. Now, after approximately 13 hours post-repair, the screen is almost completely dark and the phone is unusable. I will be going to the store as soon as it open to demand they either fix the phone right or refund my credit card.

Tp0ok my sons phone in to have battery replaced. Had $10 coupon also - dropped off and did some errands- picked up about an hour later! Great service!

It was a very frustrating experience. I made an appointment on Sunday, went and registered, 15 minutes after arriving I was told the owner was not in to do the repair, that it would take an hour- and hour and a half and to come back the next day. I made another appointment for the next day. Called them an hour before to confirm the owner was there, that my phone would be ready in the afternoon, which they confirmed and went. I got there, registered, again, was told that no, my phone would not be ready until the next day and I might as well come back first thing in the morning, 8 o'clock and they would do my phone first. I made another appointment. Next day, I called 10 minutes before my appointment to confirm owner was there and my phone would be ready this afternoon they confirmed this was true; Got there, no manager; had to re-register for 15 minutes and it took 3 hours to get my phone back. WTF. NO apology, no acknowledgement of the ridiculous run-around, nothing. Will never go there again, that is for sure.

Made my appt online for 4:00. Batteries Plus called to inform me that the tech goes home at 3:00, so I took my phone in at lunch and it was done same day when I got off work. Awesome quality and customer service!

Needed my charge port fixed on my phone and have had good luck with Batteries Plus in the past for repairs. Scheduled an appt on a Sunday and brought it in. I was told it may be done later that day, but they would call. Didn't ever get a call back on anything and called several times during the week. Made up a different excuse everytime I called as to why it wasn't done. Just got it back a week and a half later.

Service was great, my phone battery was replaced in less than hour. Needed new phone battery my phone wouldn't stay charged. Great job!

First and foremost, the gentleman who helped me was very polite and kind. The reason I am giving two stars is because: I made an appt for 12:00, went in, he told me it would not be done until 1:30, which was fine. I decided to wait another half n hour just to be safe and it wasn’t done when I went in at two. They didn’t have my (black) screen on hand so he ended up using a white screen, told me I would have to come back (I live about 45 minutes away) and I had to pay full price. Like I said, the man was very polite, it was jus a frustrating experience.

The repair went ok. They were able to get me a new screen but it's not 100% fixed. Battery now drains faster than normal and phone gets warm. I'll have to get a new phone as some of the touch screen functions do not work. The price was reasonable and it took about 3 hours to fix. Not terrible not great. Thus the reason for 3star.

I bought a battery for my cell phone. The battery was in stock, the service was prompt and professional. The phone is much improved and the expense( which was very reasonable) was well worth it. There are not many places that give such excellent service, especially the first visit.
