The pharmacy is inexperienced and incompetent in how to correctly bill insurance and in how to provide basic customer service. They made a mistake that cost me $100, they didn't apologize and didnt care that they were at fault. I guess $100 isn't much to the pharmacists, but it is to me. I was disappointed in how I was talked down to and the treatment from this location's pharmacy. We moved all our orders to CVS to avoid further billing and filling issues.

I've never had much luck with this store. I don't mind waiting for someone to assist customers, but I don't tolerate rudeness.I tried to drop off a Fed Ex package. My emailed instructions said not to close the package until they checked the item. During my entire interaction with the manager, I don't think I completed a single sentence. He cut me off several times to tell me that they aren't responsible for packaging items. I attempted to show him my email, and he refused to look. Every time I attempted to speak, he interrupted and mansplained that I needed to tape the box shut myself. The final cherry on top of this sexist sundae was when he very condescendingly told me I could purchase tape from Walgreens first and then he would tape it shut for me. I didn't even both telling him that I had packing tape in my purse; I just walked out.It was worth it to drive to another drop off location where they read the instructions and even offered to tape the box for me (for free).I don't think I'll be setting foot in this store again if I can help it.

Great customer service at this location never had any issue and if I need to find something someone is always able to help me find what I need.

Why do all the pharmacists go on lunch at the same time? Very unprofessional!

You can not call to get refills and the are not open normal hours. People are nasty in the pharmacy

Nice staff, never had to wait in the line for a very long time any of the times I've went there for non medication items but when it's for a prescription it usually takes awhile

Scheduled COVID testing appointment. Waited a half hour since it explicitly states not to go in. Tried calling the store but the IVR will not route you to an operator or the store. So I went in and bought the self kits. Pathetic.

Terrible customer service from the photo counter worker. Entirely unhelpful and extremely unpleasant. Save your time: go somewhere else.

HORRIFIC customer service! They destroyed my wedding photos and the negatives from the cameras I dropped off to have developed after I confirmed I would be in to pick them up. No remorse, blamed me for not returning the phone call when I have proof that I did. Filing a complaint got me absolutely no where. My wedding memories are lost forever from those cameras and they didn't even care. I don't see how they can be in buisness with all the awful reviews of blatant negligence and irresponsibility of its employees. makes me sick.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Dropped off disposable cameras from my wedding to get developed in June... Was told it would probably be a long time to get them back. I said just call me when they get done it wasn't a big deal how long it took. October 4th I get a phone call while I was at work from them with a snarky voicemail asking if I wanted the pictures or if I wanted them to throw them away. I called back 40 mins later when I got off of work saying that this was the first I heard from them saying they were done and YES I want my pictures from my wedding. Walked in today to pick them up... they said they destroyed them because they called me 4 times and I didn't respond to them saying I wanted them. No apology, no nothing....I pulled up my call history to show them I only had one call from them on October 4th... they continued to push blame to me for not responding to the phone calls they said they made. The girl made excuses as to the phone calls not showing up on my call history..she said my phone was disconnected, my voicemail was full, etcetera... they didn't have a note saying I called back and wanted them... My phone has always been in service. My voicemail is not or has ever been "full"...completely disgusted with the way this was handled on their end. My wedding memories are lost now thanks to the incompetence of the staff here. I understand mistakes happen... but to not take responsibility for their mistakes and BLAME me nonetheless ... unbelievable.

Slow!! Had a scrip for pain meds after major surgery. Doc called it in 12 hours ago!!!They didn’t bother to fill it. Now got to wait until tomorrow morning!!Lazy. Inexcusable!! Uncaring!

The Walgreens app currently has great coupons that you can clip. One, if you make four separate purchases between 9/1 and 9/30/21 you'll receive $7.00 in your rewards account. The second coupon is if you spend $50 you'll receive $10.00 in your rewards account. Both good for future purchases.

Completely unacceptable service. Cancel a prescription and not notify the customer? What if this was a matter of life and death? When I asked for a root cause corrective action I was told that's just the system.
