Always jacking up prices little by little. You have to call and talk to scripted customer service in India to try to get it lowered again. Connectivity is as good as anyone else.

I came in to get a new phone, and was told I could get a free phone if I changed my phone number. I was also told that a clear case came with it. I ended up paying $50 for that case. I paid $160. initially, and my next bill which still includes service for my old phone is going to be astronomical. The following bills are going to be double what I was paying. I am on a very limited budget right now and I can't afford this. I sure did not get a free phone, I got gouged big time! Another complaint is that I can't log into my account, it won't accept my zip code. Is this the great service I am paying so much for? I will definitely stear people away from Verizon.

I was checked in after 15mins. I couldn't do it myself because my phone didn't work. After an additional 30 mins then someone talked to me and I was told there was nothing they could do. They told me I was better off going down the street to a different business. That was a great idea as I will never do business with them again.

Revised!!!They pulled 2 more customer service agents in. They were super friendly and helpful. As a bonus, one of the reps guided me to a new website with cool coffee mugs.Unfortunately when I visited there were only 2 employees working. They both were friendly but not really “balls of fire” in helping clear thru the line of waiting customers.

Had an appointment and got right in for an upgrade. Employee knew his stuff and the whole process went smoothly. He even offered some add-on specials that I didn't know about. Very happy with my visit.

Shouldn't have left us cellular. I had amazing service with them. Just switched to Verizon. Now I only ever seem to have 4g anywhere I go, can't watch a YouTube video on 720p without buffering every 20 seconds, had 2 bars of 4g at Coralridge mall and my phone said no connection... If I can't get great service in a big city, what will I have whenever I'm in the middle of no where...

If you need help, this store is by far the one to go to. The one across town by Best Buy always has some kind of excuse to get you out the door and not help you.

I was helped good.They are a busy location.They have nice big facility with nice bar style tables and wood chairs.I would recommend some etra regular comfy seats to be placed at one or 2 spots of the place, since not everyone can use the high wood chairs they have.I got an agent that met with me and put me on her computer in my queue once I was there.I was helped at my right order.They are all youngsters in their 20tees but they know what they are doing.I understand they work for long hours and dealing with people.But it would be very nice if they greet people with a smile and keep it for some time during their visit.They have been respectful and did what I needed for my ordeThank you!

I’ve come in 3 times and each time none of the employees acknowledged that I was there. They looked at me then looked away and completed ignored me (and everyone that came in after me) instead of greeting or saying, “We’ll be with you shortly.” We bought phones in our last visit and we were rushed through the process because the employee kept saying he had to get to somewhere. Definitely will avoid going to this location in the future because of the poor service.

Came in to get a SIM card, waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Then had 4 other customers come in off the street to be helped ahead of me. Customer service is a joke. Waited over an hour to be told they did not have any SIM cards. Verizon customer service is a complete failure.

Oddly got sent into a situation that I had to deal with at Verizon and a friend of mine two Friends have the same exact problem with other companies one could not help the guy whatsoever and then wanted to charge him $10 for a backup SIM card the other one well they could only help him a little bit and he had also had to pay $10 for a backup SIM card now I've gotten four SIM cards this year from Verizon (did not cost me a cent) because my phone's got either stolen or completely destroyed and Verizon was right there great job got everything squared away for me easy peasy but they do have only higher priced hand units at the store itself it started about 250So if you want an entry level phone go to some place that sells Verizon compatible phones and get the either prepaid or contract at the store or a kiosk vendor but all in all no complaints about Verizon other than they're almost as nosy as Apple
