I don't like talking to an automated person when it comes to packages what happened to talking to real people I want to talk to an agency and I want to talk to him now

Terrible. I do whatever I can to avoid using the USPS. Poor customer service. Unfriendly staff.

I like that this PO opens earlier than most. I’ve not experienced anything horrible here at all. Always been at least two employees up front when I have come in. Earlier in day with fewer customers there is the one employee which is fine.
