By far the best location in the area to go to. Jessica is amazing!!! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Makes you feel like you're hanging out with a friend chatting rather than being their on business. Definitely made the experience enjoyable, and I was actually sorry it was over so quickly...lol. I left my house at 530 and ran to the Edgewood location to see if I could get a new phone set up. I walked in and there was one employee on staff. I was the only customer in the store. Jessica helped me pick out the phone that would meet my needs and covered all options for my switching to a new model. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly cared that I was happy with my purchase. We were the only 2 in the store for my entire transaction. It was nice to be able to make decisions and not have distractions while doing so. Jessica was the best! I pulled into my garage at 630. Very rarely do you leave and return home in an hour when setting up a new phone. Thanks Jessica for your help!

Buying cars can be quicker than thier processes at us cellular! 3 employees working store, 2 rotated from breaks, 1 hid from customers, refusing to do anything other than take bill payments in which not one bill pay showed up. Very poor customer service. 1-1.5 hour wait time quoted has been exceeded for only 2 customers ahead of us...

I've had US CELLULAR for a very long time and have always had great customer service on the phone and at their locations. This one was no different with a very friendly and helpful staff.

We went to have a new iPhone configured to work on the US Cellular system. The service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A much better experience than we have had at other cel offices. Not sure if the training of rep's is getting better or if we just happened to meet an exceptional person, either way, we were very pleased.

Sold a faulty phone case with water and sparkle in it. It ended up leaking into the phone and ruined it. This store won’t take responsibility and expects me to pay for a new phone! Terrible experience!
