Shawn Williams helped me through the scary experience of buying a new pho e.He was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained, explained , explained the switch over 2.5 hours!. I never had the feeling that he thought that I was an idiot. I have never had better customer service anywhere!!

Terrible experience and makes me want to leave US cellular. Son bought a phone and they didn't mention the deal $500 that was occurring this month. I go to return the phone and start over and they have absolutely no idea what the employee did with the line and couldn't figure out how to credit the deal (which is what the online US cellular custom service said they can do in the store because they also could not figure out what the employee did) because of what the employee did. Couldn't return because it would cost me even though the phone was just bought day before. Horrible service do not go here.

I had a great experience at this location tonight. The staff was helpful in my complicated situation with multiple lines. The process caused them to stay late and they were still kind spirited throughout the whole process. I worked with an associate and the manager Byron. I wanted to make sure it was known they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate their expertise, experience and customer service.

Brock was such a great associate. He was very helpful with getting me a new phone. It was a little bit of a wait but he was very clear that it would be about an hour. He suggested we stay here or go and run some errands so the wait wouldn’t be so bad. Some people over reacted about the time it took to do simple things but they’re just doing their jobs and trying to help everyone as best as they can. ?

Came in to upgrade a couple of phones on our business account and we were met with courteous service. One of the managers, I believe Bryon was his name, got us into a great deal and we even left with a new router so we could have a WiFi connection in our workplace. We will always come back to do business with this location!

I witnessed the sales rep lying about competors to make a sale. After waiting an hour in line, because they didnt hire enough staff, all they were able to do was give us different numbers to call in store, to be on hold for waiting to fix the under warranty phone. We received different information and different steps each time, had to repeat the same information so many times. This process took so long that by the time we were given a location to bring the phone to fix across town, the other location had closed. Then we had to play phone tag even longer. At the end, we requested an email detailimg the steps we had taken in store that day. We went to an alternate location and they sent us in writing that it is specifically US cellulars job to right this wrong, but this was not accepted by the store. Its exceedingly painful for me to get in and out of the car and waiting in my wheelchair for hours, and all the rep would do is give a different number to call on a broken phone, or tell us to bounce from repair location to location, all while they were texting.

I dropped off my payment and put in drop box because they were closed and they never apply to my account. Then I have to call, then they tell you are u sure you dropped it off , really I drive there before work . Take responsibility for you lossing my check. I gave you another chance and again, not applied for November payment which I put in box on October 1, 2022.
