Ellie is absolutely wonderful. She took the time to answer all my questions and she is extremely knowledgeable. She also helped my ninety year old mother too. Ellie is the best.

I would like to express my gratitude to Char Osmundson, the retail wireless consultant, for taking the time to speak with us after we had been on hold for two hours. We were both very tired and frustrated, and we had been struggling with your customer service. Despite our complaints, you decided to suggest that we start two internet services for twice the price. When I expressed my anger and pointed out that we had been with your company since October and that we had been charged the incorrect amount and sold the wrong equipment, you responded by saying that we owed $***.00 for the devices. You then said that we would have to pay for them ourselves, which made us even more upset. You have made Cedar Rapids and us cellular look terrible. You are the reason that cell companies are dying. I hope that you choose a new career path because phone service is not car sales.

They've been alright. I really hate getting a new phone, though. They set it up without you asking and opt you into all the diagnostic, sharing my data, and installing optional app stuff. You basically have to factory reset when you get home to fix what they've done wrong.

Worst experience I've ever had with them in 20+ years. The guy that helped me was very degrading to me. If I didn't need a new phone I would of walked out.

I am BLOWN away that I've been spending 2 months trying to get a new phone when US Cellular gave me a faulty phone. All the time and work I've put in for this problem is ridiculous.

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic! I had never been to this US cellular location before, and was so thankful we ended up going there. In the past, we have been quoted for plans/bill amounts, and usually things would end up not as we were told. Jeremy laid everything out for us, made it very simple to understand, and our bills were 100% what he said they were going to be. Thank you so much for all your time and help, and answering all of our questions! You made something that I was scared would be so stressful, into something super easy. Thank you!

Shawn Williams helped me through the scary experience of buying a new pho e.He was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained, explained , explained the switch over 2.5 hours!. I never had the feeling that he thought that I was an idiot. I have never had better customer service anywhere!!
