This review is more so for US Bank as a company. Absolute worst bank I’ve ver been with. Deposited a check, less than what I normally deposit in my account. They decide to put a hold on the check until the 22nd.. I deposited on the 12th of October. They just decided to randomly “flag” my deposit and hold my money. Not allowing even $200 of the money to be withdrawn or used. My account has since been overdrawn due to bills coming out (would not have been an issue as the check was deposited well before any bills came out) and they want to charge an over draft fee for it.Have had issues with atms eating my money, then not refunding me, random withdrawals without my approval and no help from them. Randomly locking my cards and more. 0/5 if I could.I will be switching banks once my check has been cleared.

I'm sick of this bank. The biggest disservice of my entire life. Atm ate my rent money, charged me hundreds of dollars in overdrafts through a pandemic, two types of cancer, getting fired cause I ran out of FMLA time and my daughter nearly dying after a diabetic ketoacidosis incident where she went into a hyperosmolar coma. Thieves if you ask me, no compassion or recourse through the ethic and moral standards of most American citizens. You won't be around much longer. Nearly all banks have eliminated fees through the struggle of the pandemic we have all been through together, but not these money hungry monsters.

I went to this U.S. Bank Branch in Cedar Rapids to do some transactions with my account. The staff was very kind and helpful, and helped me with everything I needed. Overall, a great experience.

Been going through the refinance and mortgage with Amanda Freeman for around 10 months now. Every time I complete an expectation that she gives me, she requires something else. I have provided everything and have been approved for 4 months now and come to find out she has been discriminating against me after I called her out and asked for her managers information. She has refused to provide me with that information. I will be going to a different lender.

I put in a mobile deposit today. I called after a few hrs of no deposit. Gal told me I had to just wait. This is usually a few minutes transition. Still 5 hrs later still nothing. I will be closing my business and personal accounts with us bank. Poor service.

Paid my monthly mortgage but found out they haven’t been paying the homeowners insurance for TWO months!!! And after we reached out to them the customer representative put us on hold for an hour and then told us she will NOT make an immediate payment and will do it over 5-7 days and that would mean I still don’t have insurance for my condo. I have made my payments on time and this branch did not pay my insurance guys!

I don't feel the customer service is as well as other banks i do business at in town. There are two tellers i prefer to use but If i get someone else i don't really feel welcome.

Very disappointed in this location. Was put on hold told they would come back to me after they were done with the customer in front of them. Waited 10 minutes never returned The app isn't working nor is website. So calling is the only way to check your account. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Displeased today. Went in To the bank this afternoon. Had less than a $2 overage and they charged me $36. I had no idea I even had an overage until I received my bill. I rarely use this account. Needless to say I had to give up an entire $50 check from the holidays for this. I'm disappointed. Also was told I am charged for getting my monthly bill sent via paper mail. I didn't know this was a thing either. Will be closing my account now.

I checked out several banks and my deciding factor to go with US bank was Jessica, the personal banker, at the Counsil St. Branch. She was extremely friendly world class customer service and very knowledgeable. She treated me like a person and not a credit.score. Thank you for having Jessica on your team.
