As a bank, I believe it's a normal everyday bank like you would expect. I've had a few problems here but normally everything goes just like you would get at most banks. I really don't have a lot you say about this one because I would rather drive 20 miles away and go to the Amana branch. Much nicer ladies running the bank down there.

Sat in drive up line nearly an hour waiting for service. Very busy location. Definately need to expand or somehow figure out how to move the line faster.

Waiting (currently) for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru - teller needs to have this other lady come inside … they’re seriously having a conversation! Is there only one teller/employee here in a Monday?!So the reply from the bank representative basically says that instead of using their teller service I should use an alternate method of service aka self serve through the atm etc.Why not instead consider that there should have been a back up assistant for this one teller or better yet, when there’s a complicated transaction holding everyone else up asking that customer to either come inside to complete or drive back around to complete rather than holding everyone else up.

Very bad service for international transactions, I am waiting for about month to get my refund and till now I don't have any idea what's going on.

It is drive they only at this location due to COVID. You can order a pizza at the Domino’s next door and have it delivered to your vehicle, eat the pizza, and have dessert before you make it to one of the teller stations. Good luck my friend. Hopefully you don’t miss too many life events during your wait.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They charge $7 to have a check cashed if you don't have an account with them. I can't comprehend how that is a good business decision if you are trying to gain clients. In the long run, it's not the $7 (although it is more than what I pay for coffee), it's entirely a principle matter. Charging someone because they choose to not use your institution seems against free enterprise.

This bank will charge you fees upon fees. They are crooks out to separate you from your money. They make wells Fargo look food. Dont bank at any US Bank location unless u dont care about your money..and like letting banks.steal it all from you. I swear they have a so many hidden fees you would be better off lighting your cash on fire..at least u would get some heat for a second. Stay away from these crooks.
