The cost of UPack, while not inexpensive, was well worth the cost for us to avoid driving a thousand miles with a UHaul. The relocube is very easy to load and holds a surprising volume of goods. Customer service, the load and unload crew are very professional and prompt. I can recommend UPack without reservation.

this is the second time we have used their services and I highly recommend them they are very affordable and make communication easy they answer any and all questions you may have with a comforting attitude moving is very stressful on anyone but they take a lot of the stress off your shoulders again I would highly recommend them

Moving is difficult...U-Pack makes it easier. Every single person I chatted with, dropped or picked up the cubes, or I pestered about timing was professional, courteous, efficient, helpful, etc. Five stars for you! Thank you for safely and securely getting my valuables to their new far-away home.

Easiest move ever. We hired movers to pack and unpack the trailer. We aren't as young as we used to be! Price was fair and they were on time. Highly recommend!!!

Used them for a move from the midwest to the east coast. They gave an accurate estimate. Delivered 2 relocubes on request but only charged me for the one I used. Delivery was on time and they were kind enough to do storage till I could get there. Plus could track the shipment. Very reliable service and would highly recommend.

I wasn't familiar with U-Pack prior to my 1200 mile move and was thrilled to find an option "in the middle". I wasn't in a situation where driving my own truck of things was feasible but also needed access to items in a fairly quick manner after arrival. U- pack was easy to work with from start to finish with coordinating my loading, trailer pick up and delivery within 5 business days to my new place. Drivers were helpful, friendly and professional. The only damages were a few older wood items that I believe we didn't do as well loading/ pacing as we could have but - live and learn for next time! Otherwise from service to pricing and communication to efficiency, I was pleased all around with my experience of using u-Pack. Since I'm quite certain I'll move again at some point in the future, I'm happy to have found this option and would certainly recommend it to friends and family not wanting to deal with the hassles of driving there own items long distances. There are other services available to consider as well and it's always nice to find a company that provides comprehensive "care" during an already stressful time. Thanks for making this piece one highly manageable, less-stress element of my move!

Everyone was on time and helpful. They were the easiest part of my move. My friends who unloaded the cubes at the destination were very pleased with the quality of service. I would definitely use them again. In fact, I have already recommended them to my daughter-in-law and son.

Excellent service. Every aspect was a pleasure from sales, customer service, dispatch and drivers. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with an eagerness that made us successful. UPack were very flexible with our move. We did not have our destination house purchased yet and UPack gave us a week to close and then delivered the trailers, at no extra charge. If I ever plan to move again, I would use their service guaranteed.

Had a great experience with U- pack. I moved from US to Canada. Their prices were competitive. The whole Moving thing was a breeze for me. Nalini, an employee at their freight office in Canada, was very responsive and helpful. She had answers to all my questions. The paperwork was aptly explained and the loading and unloading was scheduled as per my convenience.

When we moved from Paso Robles CA to Iowa we had a great experience. The trailer was dropped off for us and we packed it. Everything was in place and all still there when it arrived. We called to have them Take the trailer it made it to our new house two days sooner. We then unloaded everything called them and they came back the next day and removed the trailer. We moved semi cheaply but only had 7ft of space and spent about 2,500 on this move. 7ft filled up quick so you need to pack things tight and smart!
