I’m not sure the man’s name that helped me, blonde guy, so helpful and nice. Was so friendly and like genuinely friendly not fake nice customer service. Made genuine conversation and super helpful and got me the right shoes for my baaaad clicky knees. Thank you!!

Phillip was extremely knowledgeable in the shoes that we were specifically asking about. As we were trying them on and adjusting straps to fit he offered for us to sit down so he could do it for us! The store didn’t have the specific size we were looking for which was a bummer but we still left with a smile on our faces! It was full service experience that we have not had in a very long time! Outstanding customer service!

The customer service we received was impeccable. Our needs were met, our questions were answered, they took the time to re-lace a pair of shoes, and they were enjoyable to be around. Wish I got their names to give them a shout out.

The manager (with longish hair) is the best shoe salesman ever. Even though I completely lied about going to college for a nursing major he didn’t bat an eye. My mother was with me and we bought 2 pairs of shoes with inserts and we only went in expecting to be disappointed when they didn’t have the shoes we wanted. This was the first time I’ve ever bought plain black shoes and I love them. He’s definitely the manager for a reason

i ordered shoes in the store and they said 7-10 buisness days it now has been 14+ buisness days and still don’t have the shoes

Had a great experience buying my shoes. It was about 5 mins before closing and the manager acted like it was noon. Never felt rushed or anything. Helped me pick the right shoot and even talked me into picking up a pair of insoles that will work great for my shoes and work boots. Thanks Andrew for the great experience.

Great customer service! Bought a pair of hookah boots last week. Absolutely love them. Unfortunately had some manufacturers issues with them today. Their staff was on it 100%. I'm going tomorrow to pick up a replacement pair with absolutely zero hassles. Definitely going to recommend this place to all my FedEx coworkers.

the BEST shoe service EVER. they have KNOWLEDGE on shoes, and help you choose the BEST shoes for you. I also shopped for my mom and dad, they gave me tons of options and didn’t rush me to get out of there store (like some places do). They had SO many options, I know the store does not look like it’d have a lot of trendy shoes, but they have many brands that are popular such as Birkenstock’s, hey dudes and sandals. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my dad. The guy who helped me was Andrew, he was a huge help finding my dads birthday present, and shoes I liked aswell. From now on I’ll be getting all of my shoes from here! I’d recommend for anyone in my family/friends to shop here for shoes.

We walked in for shoelaces and walked out with four high quality shoes and a great client experience. Either the employees were a great catch from the hiring perspective or Tradehome trains their people very well. Walked out knowing we purchased shoes of great value rather than being "sold". No buyers remorse at all. Very happy with our purchases although they weren't planned. I can't remember his name but he took excellent care of us on Sunday 6/7/20 . Great client service, very knowledgeable salespeople. Someone is doing the hiring and/or training right at this store.
