I haven't been to their shop, but I've been to several Estate Sales hosted by this company. The employees are mostly friendly and helpful. But the prices are outrageous. Used as-is electronics priced at the highest listed comp they can find on Ebay. I saw t-shirts priced for $12 a piece (not valuable t-shirts, just normal used t-shirts that would be $1 anywhere else). Bath Towels for $6 each that have a tag from the original purchase that says $4.99. Furniture for ungodly high prices. I guess the strategy of this company is to not sell much until the 75% off discount kicks in on the final day of the sale. Or perhaps since they run their own antique shop the strategy is to not sell certain items at all and then buy from the estate after the sale for dirt cheap bulk prices to sell in their shop. Either way, I'd recommend (if you even bother) to go to the sale on the final day... and hope that 75% off their overpriced items equates to an actual reasonable price.

Accidentally walked into this shop and found some lovely pieces. An antique sewing table I’d been looking for, and some china I didn’t know I needed. Great pieces and big discounts on the day I shopped.

Crooked as they come. Do not use them. They ripped us off and oh we just have no invoice for anything. Lying thriving crooks.

The blonde lady never acknowledged me even though I was the only one in the store for quite a while. I guess I did not meet her standards. They have nice things, but I will never return.

This business advertised an estate sale at the home of my in laws. The dates wew changed 5 days before the sale. Their website does not diclose dayes may be changed. We lost memories that can't be replaced. This company also disccourages family not be present during sales. I took 3 days off work which were lost. We had to hire an attorney who told us public estare sales are public and no company can ban family from attending. Tried to work with the owner who was non cooperative about letting us in during the time the sale was to happen Do not use this company. Do not trist their advertising.

Just the perfect little spot! I was on a walk somewhere else and couldn't resist. I found a cute medicinal tin that I thought was neat and some great furniture. I couldn't carry these on my walk so I put it back and received no guilt or hard sale which was hugely appreciated. She just said "If it's meant to be, it will be". (I rejected her offer to put it on hold). I came back about an hour later. I would have purchased so much more had I not been on a walk. When I got back to my hotel, I found out the tin retails for $30-$60 on ebay! I bought it for $1.80 - no intention of selling but wow what a deal!

Do not use this estate sale company. They do not respond to messages posted on their website. They change dates of sale with little notice and they don't care about the people who lose loved ones and could care less that people take off work, pay for a hotel and way more terrible things. They don't want family at the sales they run. They don't care that family heirlooms or belongings can not be pur hSed by family.

The employee that was working during the day around 11 am on March 12,2021 was VERY RUDE!!! I am not sure if she was having a bad day or just don't like her job! She was clueless about the merchandise in the store. I followed the rules of the store and wore a mask and sanitized my hands just like the sign stated on the door, the whole time I was in the store(about 30 minutes) the employee NEVER had a mask on. Please don't make customers follow your rules if your own employees are not going to follow them. I will not be back to the Top Drawer, I have my 1st and only impression of the store. This kind of attitude is not good for business. I have had friends tell me they were interested in visiting the store, I am going to give them my feedback and I hope they make the decision to not waste their time. Items were also over priced for the appearance and the rooms were not laid out very well.

Top Drawer has some really nice second hand items for sale. My dad and I stopped in here while we were waiting on some Fong's pizza (Fong's is located a couple os storefronts down the block from Top Drawer). I found the shop to be well curated and thoughtfully laid-out; not overstuffed with merchandise. Everything was very clean and tidy. Top Drawer had some really pretty ornaments for sale and I was surprised by the more than reasonable prices. Prices on the tchotchkes and knickknacks were fair. The gently used, high-quality furniture was priced as such and definitely nowhere in my price range, but the pieces they did have were really pretty and probably worth the investment. The shop sells a ton of costume jewelry, which isn't necessarily my thing either, but pretty to look at. If you're a fan of costume jewelry, for sure visit Top Drawer. There was only one other customer in the shop when we arrived who was talking the ear off of the woman working. We were never greeted by said woman even after the gentleman left. Something about not being greeted (especially in small speciality shops like these) really irks me. I'm not taking off a star for lack of customer service during this visit, but would if it happened when/if I patronize the shop again. Everyone appreciated a friendly "hello!" I recommend Top Drawer. Expect estate/tag sale pricing--because that's their speciality.
