Dave and his team did a fantastic job, they came out walked the property, assessed the need and put a plan together to install all of the cameras and equipment to cover my concerns. His entire team was extremely friendly, the install was done very professionally, and they spent time to ensure I knew how to use everything. Highly recommend Thomas Howard Security to anyone. Friendly staff, pay attention to all details even the small stuff! Just knowing they genuinely care about family or businesses safety means a lot. When asking a question, if the technician doesn’t know, the technician finds the answer immediately without hesitation or questioning what you’re asking, or what the issue might be. This was a first for us in home security. We had no clue but Chris who was our technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate and explain everything to us. He was very friendly, professional and provided superior customer care. The picture quality is great. They are very reasonably priced and extremely easy to work with. I love the feeling of protection it gives me. I would definitely recommend!
