Can't miss a day, motivating atmosphere, friendly employees!!!. I love the steam room, once you are out of that room, you can feel the difference in mood, energy and more focused. The equipments are new and everywhere - no standing arround and waiting. Great job MAC management team and the owner. That is the reason why I have been with MAC for 18years, I encourage everybody to join and you will see how your life will change.Julious Gboro

I just joined this location and it’s the best decisions i’ve made! The women’s workout area is very convenient for women who are starting/want space for themselves and I am so here for that:)

I only just started again going to the mac but i love the atmosphere and the option of having the kids club. I am a sahm and have no care for my one yr old for me to go to the gym so having the kids zone is great for when i want to get a workout in!

I love the mac I’ve been going there for years and truly enjoy it. Love the women’s area. The only thing that’s disappointing is that they keep the women locker rooms so hot that it’s almost not safe to change there during the hot days without feeling like you’re going to pass out. So on hot days make sure to change before you go to the gym. Other than that they are absolutely amazing place and very welcoming

I love that they have child care! My kids love going to the gym as much as I do! They have so many workout options as well - fun group classes, a women’s only area, and full sized basketball court. The sauna and steam rooms are great too!

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the company's policies and their response to my concerns. I recently reached out to them regarding the possibility of waiving the 30-day cancellation notice, but I received an email from VP of sales stating that they would not be adjusting their policies.As a long-standing member, I expected more flexibility and understanding from the company. While I appreciate their need for consistency, it is disheartening to see that they are unwilling to accommodate their loyal customers in exceptional situations. The lack of flexibility in their policies shows a lack of consideration for their customers' individual circumstances.I had hoped that the company would show more empathy and take into account the value of customer satisfaction.Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. It is disappointing to see that their commitment to policy consistency outweighs their commitment to customer service.I urge the company to reconsider their decision and review their policies to better address the needs of their customers. A more flexible and customer-oriented approach would go a long way in fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer loyalty. I hope that my feedback, along with others who may share a similar sentiment, will prompt the company to reevaluate their stance.

Love this gym! There is a variety of classes to choose from with fun energetic instructors! The personal training staff are approachable and knowledgeable. Customer service desk is very welcoming. Kids club offers my kids a safe, clean and fun environment to play in. I love recovering from my work out in the sauna and hydrobeds!

I just joined and have been impressed with ease of the sign up process. There was no pressure, and I was given a tour of the areas most important to me. Entry into and exiting the facility is easy using a barcode assigned at sign up. That is great as you don't have to wait in line. I like the indoor pool for their water aerobics classes, and their hot tub and sauna. This is a top line facility, offering a whole line-up of group classes if one chooses. I find the building clean, up to date, offering a "women's only" workout room for those that prefer a more private space.

The staff are nice, the facility is clean, I love that there’s a women’s area. Two of my favorite things are the dry sauna and the hydro massage chairs to relax in after a hard workout. My mom loves the pool.

The staff are nice, the facility is clean, I personally really like that there’s a women’s work out center. There’s just a lot of variety. And I’ve had a lot of memberships. I also currently have two gyms, and I think the MAC holds its own and has enough to offer that is unique to stand out and make it worth it to have that membership.
