The people who work here, do not know the difference between Monument and The Springs. Keep closing The Best Of Springs OUTSIDE of the Springs. WOW! So the Springs stores get no support from this bad business company!

The office isn’t ever open, the paper isn’t locally printed and the pricing and service issues make it just not a good fit anymore. Cancel your subscripts and advertising, this place is dying off.

I signed up for a 10 week subscription. So far I have not received a paper 2 out of 3 days. When I inform circulation, they let me know that delivery is done for the day but will resume tomorrow. I am cancelling.
The Gazette has been serving Eastern Iowa since 1883.
Our office is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Online assistance via phone or email is available 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday and Sundays.
