Worse service out there!!!! They overcharged, and they don't hold their end up on payment plans, just so they can shut ya off to get that reconnect fee....Very bad service out of states too, I've missed important calls due to the lack of service....

Worst internet company EVER!!!! We haven't gotten internet in months! The signal never reaches to my son's room, super SLOW and lagging internet. Absolutely AWFUL! Called several times and got absolutely no where, spent hours in the phone but everyone works out of state and never helps!!! Will be switching internet ASAP. Only stayed with them because they were cheap but I would rather pay the extra money and actually get the internet I pay for!!

Got a phone upgrade today, Dylan is the best! He's so helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it on my new phone, give the guy a raise!!

Definitely won't be coming to this location anymore. Sales associates need better training of their products and services. I came in to sign up for the home internet and right off the bat the kid was like "you need 4 voice lines to get the $25 promo". No you don't. 1 voice line required right in bold on tmobile website. The store manager even shook his head. He came over to try save the sale and I walked out and did it online instead. Train your employees!

I wasn't even a customer and I wanted to buy a phone after what I saw!!! The Manager's name was Stacey and she helped a customer switch service and buy internet..what caught my eye was that there was a technical issue that took over an hour to correct and she kept the dude calm and patient... I was amazed ??????????????????

Received some information over the phone from T-Mobile home internet's general support that wasn't consistent with their policies. I came to this store instead and was immediately helped by someone who went above and beyond for me. If you need actual support with your T-Mobile service, come here.

Tried to start a pre paid account. they took my money and now no one seems to be able to even find an acct on me. that's ok. the BBB and Atty generals office will make them S**t my money out. pathetic.

Switched from total wireless for the cost savingsWell day one couldn't get t mobile phone to port overDay 2 got phone ported only to find out that when I got home had absolutely no service drove the 45 miles back to store to find out they had a problem switching my phone back well 2 days later I had to do all the calling in order to get my phone service .Now they sent me a bill for 70 dollarWhat a joke
