The good: clothing quality was good overall, especially from a consignment shop, and prices for the clothing were reasonable.The bad: Unfortunately, I had a staff member that was rude to me and my step-daughter separately. Without getting into detail, the staff member lied to another person about an interaction between myself and that staff member instead of accepting responsibility for their part of our interaction.

An employee screamed at my 3 year old for touching toys. I confronted another employee and they said “I will yell at them too”. Put my items down and left. Gross employee behavior. If you have toys out, obviously kids will gravitate to them.

There are a lot of great deals and opportunities to share gently used clothing and items. My granddaughters love picking out toys. My daughter and I love the deals!

Items are way overpriced. Bedding can't be priced at 29 dollars. It's only worth 10 dollars this company is STEALING from its customers

Don't bother stepping foot in here if you have kids and want them to be discriminated against. It also smells awful in there. They need to get rid of the carpeting.

In complete shock about how we were treated at Stuff Etc. in the CR location. The old grumpy worker scolded my children for playing with the toys- literally figuring out what toys we wanted to buy. it feels like a form of discrimination to not be able to let my kids test out items at a USED item store and to be treated so poorly by such a crotchety old lady in a power trip. the whole place smelled like pee. needless to say we did not spend money on their toys and won't be coming back. will be contacting corporate as well.

As a shopper I highly recommend this place as I buy a lot of my designer clothes from here and most still have tags on and at least 50% off normal price! As a consigner I do not recommend it! You will lose money and you are better off doing market place on FB. They have a lot of high school kids that really do not understand "Pricing" AND that is why I shop here!! Always good service and friendly.
