I stopped at this store today to get a new cartridge for my Brother labeler. The customer service in this store is terrible!!! When I walked in the door I asked a gal who was just sitting near the front of the store. Rather than come and help me find one, she just said, try aisle 5. I looked a bit for them, and did not find any, I went back to her again and said I didn't see any. She again, remained sitting in her chair and told me to head down the isle again, so I did. When I got part way down the aisle, she yelled back to me to stop, as they should be there (she was still sitting on her chair doing nothing). I finally asked another customer, and he said they were two aisles over and helped me find them.I will not go back to this store again.

There is now a sign on the door that says "New hours" written with a magic marker. They must be having some serious issues at this store.

I didn't see a survey for a review. Joel in the print center did a great job helping me print my wedding invitations. He called and emailed meto make sure everything was okay. He made the process very smooth for us. GREAT customer service!!

$1 per page to have it scanned?? It's cheaper to have something actually printed. Pretty disappointing

I've purchased multiple items at the Wiley location over the years and have always found staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Even better, when I go in w an odd question they are patient with me, no matter whether I'm making a purchase at the time.

I am typically pleased with the service at Staples, but not today! The Copy Center employee clearly didn’t want to help paying customers. If I wanted to make my own copies I woukd have. You clearly didn’t want to provide a service. I walked out & won’t be back to use the copy center again.

The store manager, TJ, is fantastic! I was going to Staples to get more ink for my printer-- TJ greeted me at the doors as I walked in and led me right to the ink and made sure I had the correct ink for my printer. He even got me signed up for their rewards program to save on future ink while another employee showed me exactly where to find binders- the whole trip was fast, efficient and so friendly- looking forward to going back to Staples with all my other printing and office needs.

I don't have a long review to write here simply because I do not frequent this store very often but I will tell you that my 5 stars comes from one visit and one incredibly helpful individual. Bonnie over in the print shop - I hope you get to read this review! Bonnie helped me get a file that I purchased off of Etsy off of my phone and onto her computer in a matter of seconds. When I told her that I didn't know what I was doing, she smiled and asked, "Did you get something off of Etsy?" She asked if I had a flash drive and when we tried that, it didn't work so she asked me to email it to her. She pointed out where to send it, pulled it up, printed out some samples so we could see exactly what we were working with and then she helped me pick out card stock to print them on. To top it all off, my total came to about $5.00.... I had been trying to order these online somewhere and was coming up with numbers 5x that much!! Bonnie is WONDERFUL and deserves a hug and a gold star for her positive attitude, knowledge, helpfulness and for being the nicest lady in the world. I will return to this Staples location because of Bonnie... Fingers crossed that everyone else can live up to my very high expectations!
