Needed work done on a wheel. Was quoted a price,when I went to pick up wheel the price was more. When I questioned it the guy got nasty and rude about it. Won't go back.

Brought in an engine and heads to be cleaned and looked through / machined if needed. I was told it would be 3 months because of their back log, that was 1 year and a half ago. I never receive any calls about the status and when I called a few months ago they said they had only cleaned it and if I didn't want to wait I could come get it for $200. They hadn't even looked at the heads. I asked them to inspect the heads and the engine and let me know what is needed to make it rebuildable. They said they would do so and would call me back in the next few days. A few months later and no word back. Clearly they have to much business and don't care about the DIY guys. Go to DNR Engines if you live in the area, don't waste your time with Sperry. DNR does great work and even when they are backed up they will still communicate with you.

If you want horsepower they build it, if you want your car to run, they make it happen!!! Give Scott and Brad and crew a chance to put your hot rod on the road or drag car on the track or mud truck in the mud these guys are the best!!!

Good deal and great staff. Helped me find a set of heads for my 1989 Formula Firebird. They fit, painted a nice shade of black and were pristine and well put together. The engine runs great! Can't recommend them more. When I came in to pick up the heads they had them ready to go for me and even helped enter in my card manually when it wouldn't scan. 6 months later and the engine is still going great. They have a wide selection of parts and engines. Their prices for machine work are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had another project that needed machine work.

Poor communication. Started with a phonecall to see if they still filled nitrous. Told me yes $7 a pound. Come in to drop it off and oh it’s $7.50 a pound ok whatever stuff happens everything is going up I get that. Told it would be ready in the AM. Call 9 am following day bottle not ready will be ready “sometime after lunch” so I wait till 2:45 go in to pickup and bottle isn’t filled still so got my money back and left. A simple call to say hey we are too slammed to get to it or a realistic ETA in the first place would have saved the situation. I’d hate to have this level of communication if I was spending $1000’s on motor work.
