Dont bother calling them. I simply asked for the price of a juul and the women on the phone very rudely told me that she couldn't do a price check over the phone. I called the Smokin Joes in Marion and the man was very friendly and told me the price.

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and have shopped here the whole time. Up until about 6 months ago, the staff was courteous and helpful. The store was clean. The prices advertised and displayed on shelves were what you were charged at the register. No longer. Rude employees, prices higher at the register than on the shelf, products regularly not stocked. I don't know what happened, but the people that used to work here took care of customers, stocked shelves, took back empty cans and bottles. Don't expect any kind of customer service in this place. Expect to be overcharged, yelled at, intimidated. You'll be lucky if you get a hello on the way in or a thank you on the way out.
