Scheduled appt online, quoted $0 with insurance or 416.52 paying cash. I opted for insurance. They called day before appt to tell me I will need to pay $1000. I called and asked the cash price $911.12. I asked why it cost more to file through insurance. They said I have to pay my full deductible. I said why would I pay more, if my deductible were $2500 would you then charge me $2500? They said no, so again I ask why are you charging me $1000 when the cash price is less than $1000. She said it is my fault I selected insurance. I said well since I made that mistake now I am going to fix it and I am pulling back my claim and cancelling my appointment.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! They installed my windshield wrong to the point water was getting in my car to the point it total it!! They will not take the blame for their actions and now the car dealership is trying to sell me a new car because they messed up so bad and ruined my car so much! BEWEAR OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Had a great experience having safelite fill a star break in our windshield. They were courteous, fast and a did a good job. There is no way to perfectly fill this break. It’s not noticeable at all unless you know what to look for. They did a great job. I would have them do it again if we get another damaged windshield.

I was able to bring my vehicle in ahead of my appointment time. The team was very welcoming, professional, and was able to get my windshield replaced and new wiper blades installed real quick. Thanks again!
