Doubled paid for room . They refused anytype of a refund . Owner Became angry asked me to leave when i said i need a refund for double charge same room same night . He refused to give me refund . Claiming i had a no show. Even though i was already checked in had key stayed . manager told me to leave property . I had paid for a week. And one day prior to the week . Not knowing they recieved double funds for one night stay prior to paying for one week. They, now got double charges on room ,deposit and three days . I contacted state attorney general office . I encourage anyone who had trouble with double charges , deposit refunded or anytype of loss to , please make a complaint online or call to have complaint form mailed. This owner also owns econolodge and pulling the same scams there .please make a complaint to put these slum hotel owners in check and hopefully be charged with fraud . He appeared to have this down by blaming everyone but himself for keeping money thats not lawfully appropiate. Hes a scammer . I offerred him to speak to my attorney . I was dialing. He replied , your lawyer or documents do not scare me . I was so upset that he got all my money . I had a 4 oz coffee lost it . Let him feel. What its like to be insulted and ripped off . Hes done this many times to others by his actions .Rooms: Could clearly see some kind of body fluid on blanket . That probally hasnt been changed in sometime. No heat . Slept in cold room . My suspension was accurate . If you complain they ask you to leave . With no refunds . They are proffessional scammers

I like this place as it's close to where my mom's staying and ya I may have worked there a night but Covid got me and well I never got paid but I ain't asking for it since they have always taken care of me and my family thru hell and back. And I'm pretty sure the owner is damn proud of me and would hire me again in a heartbeat as he knows I got 135 days clean now since Covid and rehab days that I went thru are now over.

For a reasonably small sized local Inn, this place is about what you'd expect. It's comfortable, a bit pricy for the size of the rooms, but people pretty much keep to themselves and it's clean, so the stay itself is not bad. For a local place, I'd have expected less then what we got, and I'd recommend staying here.

BED BUGS bit me and my baby !!!!!!!!I asked the front desk around 1:30am for a refund so I could leave. He said no. About 2:30 am my baby was sooo bit up we left without a refund. Now I'm taking my baby to the hospital to make sure she's okay. Im so going to sue this place for refusing to give me a refund and trying to place me in a different room over an hour AFTER I complained!! And the second room had a bed bug just chilin like a villian on a pillow...man we left fast after that

Decent rooms for the price. Not upscale by any means, the room was clean and sufficient though. The staff was friendly.

I booked a 2 night stay here. My flight was postponed. I called to change dates. They agreed but would take away 1 night. I came the next date and they don't remember anything. Waste of my time and money.

The people behind the counter were polite but this place needs to replace their housekeeping staff. The bathroom was filthy. There was a ring in the tub, the bathroom floor was dirty, and there was something gross wiped on the bathroom wall. Could have been dried blood but I'm guessing worse... The sheets smelled and looked clean but the bedspreads didn't smell freshly washed. The room had 3 beds but only 2 were useable, the 3rd one was all jacked and was tilted to one side so far that anything you set on it rolled onto the floor LOL (Good thing we didn't need that one..) Also a good thing I brought flip-flops so my feet didn't have to touch the carpet. There was no continental breakfast, as was advertised. Not that I would have eaten there anyway since some of the food I bought out of their vending machines was expired by 6 months. I should have read the other reviews before deciding to stay here....

Stayed here as a CLC stay with a pet. Company paid for the stay with pet deposit. Front desk constantly calling and knocking at door telling me I need to personally pay for the pet deposit, after my company had already paid for it. Told me if I didn't come downstairs and pay for something which was already paid for, I would be removed from the room. Horrible service, horrible costumer skills. I made one phone call, and everything was cleared up. Instead of calling my company and finding out what was going on, they went straight to pay or get out. My company told me they always have trouble with this place, and are searching for another hotel in the area to use. Will never stay here again!

It's currently 4:06 amI woke up at 3:05 am itching with big bites all over my chest, arms, and feet. When I looked into it i found BEDBUGS crawling on the bottom of the mattress and blanket. Gross. I made sure to take pictures. Also the staff was extremely rude!

Staff is friendly, let me use the restroom and some data/Wi-Fi when I was injured. They help more wildlife than most hotels in the area by leaving the "bioswale" like New Pioneer Co-op has.

Use cash at this location some of the staff will steal trying to convert your online payment to cash and the make you check in at 5 so if you plan a trip to drive in at 2 am be ready to pay to say for 9 hrs not 24 or it’s an extra 30 for the full night lol so room there are really 110 before 5 am plus 50 deposit go to motel 6 cheaper and way more nice no smoking rooms but you get your money worth worst experience ever

The man at the front desk changed my room THREE TIMES. The first room he checked me into was someone else’s room! I walked straight into the room, saw their stuff and walked out. Luckily the hotel guests weren’t in their room. Then he checked me into a double twin-bed room when it was supposed to be a king bed. So he FINALLY got me into the right room on the THIRD try (definitely irritated at this point). He said he was tired but he looked high to me. They charge you a $50 deposit that will take 3-5 business days to get back to you. They advertise free breakfast but then he said they’re not serving breakfast anymore (no reason given). Honestly, for a uncomfortable bed and small/gross bathroom with stained towels, it’s not worth the price/deposit with no breakfast. The A/C barely worked. Also there’s trash everywhere outside and people leave their junk in the parking lot.

I like it because it has smoking rooms. They can try to make the smoking rooms smell a little better. I always take my own towels and shower shoes but they can throw away the towels that are stained up and dingy looking. You have to use bleach when washing white towels. Everything else was good. I stayed here because my truck is in the shop and I can walk across the road from the trucking company I work for. I will stay here again. It's a good place to stay

I found so much hair in my bed and pillow I almost threw up. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and miracle whip. It came with 2 pillows, one of them dirty another one semi clean. I’m genuinely upset by how much hair I found in this bed. It was so much I could’ve wrapped it together and used it to escape this disgusting
