On 7/18/24 Sam the new maintenance man was very concerned about the condition of my apartment, he treated me truly like family and was concerned about my babies safety and wellbeing, he went so far as to take notes of what he saw and went and got the head property manager Zack and showed him the condition of my apartment and what other maintenance men looked over and did not fix nor have any concerns about. Also he is a military man as well and I know a true military man will not let his family nor anyone else family live in unsafe conditions. I now pray that he does not change the way he is or how he treats others, true meaning of concerned citizens and man for someone else family ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been living in this apartment complex for a year, and I can confidently say that their maintenance team is exceptional. Whenever I had a maintenance request, they consistently responded in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is not only friendly and approachable but also extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issue and the steps they will take to fix it.
One of the most significant experiences I had was when my air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of summer. I submitted a maintenance request, and to my surprise, they promptly replaced my old unit with a brand-new one. In addition to this, they have effectively addressed a variety of other issues efficiently.
Their attention to detail and dedication to resolving maintenance issues promptly has left me beyond satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this apartment complex for its top-notch maintenance staff and their commitment to resident satisfaction.

"I love how they take their time to fix the things that were broken, instead of just saying, 'Sorry, this is too much work, so you'll need to pay extra.' If they can't really fix it, they either call their boss to come check it out, or they simply tell us they can't fix it. I rate them five stars for their dedication. I would give zero star if I can. Management suck, they forced residents to open their windows at 70degree outside. Emergency line are usless, they don't think a hot/warm apartment is a concern. I have to rent a hotel because I cannot sleep after long hours work just came home my apartment is 87degree inside. Very inconvenient

Lived here for a 4 month lease over the summer of 2023 and enjoyed it. Leann was a great manager and was extremely helpful and was always willing to go out of her way to help me with an issue. The things I really liked was the parking availability, the fast internet, and how quickly management was to assist me. The only issues I had was a lack of storage space/closet space and a smell of cigarette smoke,. LeAnn tried to find out where the smell was coming from multiple times as it would only smell like that when the air would kick on, but to no luck we couldn't figure it out by the time I moved out. LeAnn even called someone in to look through my air vents and clean them out. One thing to be aware of as well is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. including your neighbors cell phone ringing. This wasn't a problem for me at all since I had pretty good neighbors. When it came to bugs in the apartment, we had ants coming in from somewhere and within 2 days LeAnn had a exterminator come to solve the problem and we never had any bugs again. I would also say it is an extremely safe place to live with a good environment for families that have young kids as all the kids in the entire neighborhood played with each other. When my lease ended I ended up receiving almost all of my deposit back, and the charges from the deposit all made sense and were explained to me as well. Overall, I would rate this place a 4.5/5.

It would be a 5 if we didn’t have to deal with the upstairs neighbor who likes to let her dog pee in front of the stairs on the sidewalk that happens to be in front of my door. As well as the same neighbors that love to leave trash all over outside. Otherwise, I love it here!

Called the office on a Friday afternoon and said the guts in my toilet broke. The girls in the office said someone will be right over. And yes they were.. AWESOME JOB.. Thanks to an awesome maintenance staff ???
