Horrible customer service. They billed me without an invoice or an explanation of the charges. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone and was transferred at least 5 times. I will not use this company again!!

First-time user with a horrible experience! Basically im being overcharged on an original quote thats taking a week so far to have this issue resolved while my container which still hasn't been delivered yet to my new home which I traveled over 900 miles to get to for relocation. I'm living in an empty house! You guys need to do better for the customer. How can you have repeated customers with a first time experience like this!? Unbelievable!!

Bottomline is PODS are liars and thieves people! Its a huge gamble to store your things in PODS. A company relocated us from California to Utah. They paid for a PODS and had the PODS and our 5th wheel stored in the company property. After the position didn't work out between us. I requested several time to have the POD put in my name and moved to a different location but they said because it was in the company name and paid for by their corporate credit card, they could not do it! But, they can take my stuff and demand I pay the money the company didnt pay???? I dont get it! Crooks! Taking all my stuff!!! CROOKS!!!!!

It took me 10 phone calls to get my container delivered, it was delivered over a week late, and they overcharged me compared to the quote.Then their "resolution" team basically blew me off and did nothing.I will never use PODS again and encourage others not to as well.

Pods provided the solution we needed when we had some remodeling done to our home. We had to move some of our belonging out of the house to have a floor put in. It was great to have a place to store the items on our own property. No hassle getting a truck and renting a 'storage locker'.

If you plan to have your PODS moved immediatley to your new home and off loaded quickly this is a good idea. If not, dont use PODS because they will rape the hell out of you. I had two PODS for 5 months and paid over $3200. They increased my monthly fee per container because i had them initially taken to a PODS facility. Once I had them delivered to my property, they would not lower the rate to which we originally agreed upon. They claim they couldnt change the rate. You shouldnt have to pay the same rate if they are being stored at your property as you did when they were at their property. Nothing you can do. Personally, i wont ever use PODS again.

The pod we received takes on water through the perimeter of the floor and so it's completely useless to us. The whole point is to safely store your belongings in a dry container. Waste of money, time and energy.

Way too expensive for a simple pod drop off and pick up....they were on time and the pid was clean....but way overpriced for such a simple move.....will not use again because of all the charges that accumilated

We scheduled pick up and delivery across country months ago pick up 6/1 delivery 6/10. LATE Tonight (6/9) we received an email and voicemail that our delivery date was overbooked so our container won’t arrive until the 14th. There are 3 of us who took time off work and booked flights to unload the container. We tried calling back with no answer. To top it off the container has arrived in AZ and only 20 mins away. I am very disappointed in the service / communication…. Not sure how they will handle this as we won’t be there to unload on the 14th.

Very satisfied with the PODS service. Used 2 twice in the last few years. The price is also very economical and it's very convenient to choose pick up and drop dates and store your goods till you are ready to move them to new place . Highly recommended.

I've got an international move, and it has been a nightmare connecting with pods to answer questions. They do not have a international team that you can call directly to communicate with. Their system is to take a message and have someone call you back. Several times I have had to wait more than a day to have someone return my calls. Moving is stressful enough without the delay of days waiting for answers that I also need to communicate to other services.There is also a ton of paperwork to ship things across the border and there is no number to call to ask questions. That's right. There is only an email to contact the company to ask questions. Run, don't walk away from this company if you've got an international move.Update: Customer care reached out to me and were about to find answers to my questions. However, I'm continuing to have problems contacting anyone on the PODS international team. My emails to the documents team have been returned to me as undelivered and when I called to straighten this out, my call was dropped -- twice.

Two Stars, only because getting service established was great but when it came to end my services with them and after paying over $3,000 to moving it 1,500 miles I had to pay another $700+ just to have it delivered because the only available date for drop off just so happens to fall 7 days after my billing cycle and outside the refund period of 3 days. Which wasn't relayed to me when scheduling the container drop off. It was informed to me 5 days before they delivered the container to be unloaded.

My move was flawless and all of the customer service interactions were very pleasant and informative. I was able to make changes to the delivery of my POD a few times due to remodeling delays and had no problems.

Had my contents stored in a 16-footer for almost a year after hit by a storm and all of the contents we put in the container were fine and when we had it dropped to unload everything the pod was infested with mice. So then we had to throw all of our contents away. I'm still waiting for pods to call me back to go through their claims process as everything was destroyed. Never had a problem like this in my life It was devastating. There was even a dead mouse in our pod! Horrible!
