Per mar does such a terrible job.Calls my phone directly, which you would think is an issue with security and is an emergency. I return their call, the rep wants me to rattle of every location thatI have for stores. They do not use my number on file, keep in mind they called my phone number, for a reference when they called me directly in the first place. They don't even know know who they call and what they call for. Dragged out process and not to the point. I highly recommend any business to not use Per Mar Security. Serious waste of time dealing with their phone reps.

Matthew Smith was super knowledgeable and professional and took of our needs efficiently. We were with Reference Security for over 7 years and recently switched to Per Mar and are so happy we did so. Highly Recommend for your security needs - alarms, camera, everything!

Stephanie came to my home and installed a new updated panel, key pads, door and motion sensors. She called ahead and was knowledgeable, friendly and competent and was patient answering all my questions. Unfortunately new smoke detectors she was given for my order were supposed to be wired not wireless type so those couldn’t be installed on this service date (which wasn’t Stephanie’s error). Looking forward to Stephanie installing them to complete my order.
