Don’t know if this lady was having a bad day or what…my sister went to pick up her dogs after grooming. Owner claimed we made her late for an appointment even though she indicated at drop off we needed to have the dogs picked up by 4:00 and we were there at 3:15. She charged us $25 extra for being late! She held the dogs hostage and wouldn’t let us take the dogs until we paid the $25. Not very professional if you ask me.

I was very disappointed in this business. Been going to paw wash for many years. Dropped my dogs off on Wednesday and informed the owner that I would be back around 400 to pick them up. Susie made the comment to come earlier as one of my dogs does alot of barking. Omg she's a dog. She did say that they would be done around 100. I had alot of errands to run and appts as that was my only day off. I arrived at 315 and was told that I owe her a $25.00 late fee and if I didn't have the money then go some where and get it. My girls were not barking when I walked in.i usually tip this place. No more. She said that I made her late for her appt. I didn't even know she had an appt if I did I would have made every effort to get there early even if I had to reschedule some of my plans. Not certain why she didn't have the other groomer stay and she could go to her appt. Is there any reason why the other girl couldn't stay????? I wont be going back to this place. Really charge a late fee when your hours state you are open till 430. Just takes a little communication which she lacked telling me.

Suzy is the best. I have been taking my three dogs to her for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience.

Phenomenal service, even with a fluffy and slightly neurotic rescue. They are always calm with him and allow him to be as vocal as he needs to be. For Christmas I might be them ear plugs.

We have been going to Pet Wash for several years now and LOVE Suzy and her staff! We started when we had an extremely large Goldendoodle named Mac. He weighed in the mid to high 90 lb category. He was so large and was having trouble with back and leg problems and had to be lifted into a bathtub to wash him. I felt so bad seeing groomers struggling to get him into a bath. Our vet told me that she thought the Paw Wash had a shower that the dog could just walk into. She was right and that was the beginning our our trips to Paw Wash with our dogs. Mac had to be put down because he was unable to stand and was suffering. We purchased another Goldendoodle named Duffy and he was followed last year with Teddy who is a Bichon Frise. They are happy to go see Suzy and get their hair done and their nails trimmed. Teddy was a rescue and was really frightened by other people and uncomfortable in new spaces as well. Suzy has worked so hard with him and he doesn't balk going through the doors anymore and knows she is not going to hurt him. Suzy has his seal of approval now. She has always treated him so well and gives him no reason to be afraid of her and I'm SOOOO very grateful to her for being so kind. Duffy is a big baby and is always happy to get his hair cut because he's always into something and sometimes we need to keep him at arms length until he gets a bath at the Paw Wash. We are just so happy to have found such a great groomer for our boys and I HIGHLY recommend Paw Wash for anyone's pet!!! They're GREAT!
