We bought our car today from Gary and we couldn’t be happier with how attentive he and Justin were. We felt like our carryover frustrations from our search up to this point were heard and understood.
They worked very hard to get our business and their communication was unmatched. We’ve gone to four dealerships in the last two weeks and this service was head and shoulders above everyone else. I would absolutely recommend this team.
They even stayed extra late to help us. We brought our family with us and they were all so accommodating with coloring books and bluey for the kids while we talked cars.

We worked with Gary tonight and could not appreciate working with a car dealership team more than Gary and Justin. Right from the beginning Gary was flexible in working with our schedule to talk, and we went straight into negotiating because we knew we wanted this car and he was straightforward about everything with us. He worked hard to get our business. He has 20 years of experience and it shows. We will be a returning customer. Justin also met with us and they talked through our trade in with us. Both of them really know their cars. I will recommend this team to anyone we talk to about looking for used cars.

From not trusting dealerships to trusting them. I’ve leased 3 new cars and have traded in 3-4 cars over a span of 10 years. I can confidently say I’ll never work with this dealership again. Long story short, but you’re just another customer. They preach “family” “loyalty”. Yeah no. There are 2 sides to every story but we got screwed over pretty bad. ✌️

The people I spoke to, including the service manager and advisor were very nice. Jamie and Benjamin and also Stephen Nicholson. If you have a cell phone registered with them they will update you on the progress with videos and pictures. This is the most awesome part of having them work on your vehicle. I really did like the fact that this information is available because of the situation I was going through with my van that was worked on by another place that did some very bad things to my van. Yes dealerships are a little more expensive for sure but at least you know they're going to be honest with you and not cause damage to your vehicle or make it not safe. I will be going back soon to finish what needs to be done to correct the issue since my van is old and parts are hard to find.

My wife and I came into McGrath just to look around at used vans--we weren't committed to getting one, though we wanted to eventually get a new (to us) van. Nikki greeted us on what we later learned was her day off. She was friendly, fun, and *very* patient. When we said we needed to wait before making any decisions, she was very respectful of that, and when we came in later and deliberated for an hour in the main lobby on whether and what vehicle we should buy, she was so accommodating and understanding. We never felt pressured by her, even when we debated in front of her at her desk, and because of that we made what we think was a great decision.
I should add that McGrath went way beyond our expectations. Once we decided on a vehicle, McGrath buffed out marks on its side, replaced a key fob battery, reimbursed replacement of a missing part, changed its oil, and left us with a full tank of gas. They really didn't have to do any of this, but we drove away feeling like we had just bought a new van, even though it was used. I highly recommend them!

MaGrath repaired our car after keeping it for almost a week. Contacted someone else to say it was fixed. Misplaced the keys and paperwork when we arrived. Refused payment of a corporate check claiming they only take cash or credit cards but this wasn't expressed when they took the car. They even refused to take a check when we offered to wait on pickup after check cleared. After all that charged extra for card payment on top of the bill when I said I wouldn't walk in with over a $1,000 in cash of my own money to cover the bill the corporation was paying. I understand an added charge for card payment but not when that is their only viable method of payment.

Back in January, during the big snowstorm, I got stuck in front of my house for three days. After finally getting unstuck, I was on my way to work, and as I turned onto Blairs Ferry from the highway ramp, my car died. A police officer came up behind me and insisted that I move my car off the overpass because it was a busy intersection. I panicked and didn't know what to do, so I had the car towed to McGrath for inspection.
Unfortunately, my car sat at McGrath for a week and a half before they even looked at it. They didn't communicate with me at all—I had to call multiple times just to get any updates. Eventually, they quoted me $1,700 for an oil change, a battery installation, a coolant line replacement, and a coolant flush. When I finally got my car back after another week, the engine cover was missing, and when I checked the oil, it was dirty, so they hadn’t even changed it.
My car worked for about two weeks, but then it completely broke down—it wouldn't start or do anything. Two friends, one of whom is a certified mechanic, helped me replace the starter and the fuel pump. At no point did anyone mention that I would need a brand new motor.
After a few more weeks of my car not working, my landlord had it towed back to McGrath. It sat there for another week or two before they even looked at it again, and once again, they failed to communicate with me. I had to call them, and I was initially quoted around $1,400 for repairs. Then, the guy on the phone corrected himself and said it would actually cost $14,000.
I’ve only had this car for about a year, and I bought it from Craftworks with no issues. The car had only 135,000 miles on it and was in great condition. Now, it’s sitting in my garage, and I still owe $11,000 on it. I do Uber Eats and Uber for work, but I haven’t been able to work since January because of this, which means I can’t afford a new car. I haven’t been able to visit my family since Thanksgiving, and my parents are not doing well. I’m feeling stuck and unsure of what to do because I’m being quoted $14,000 for a repair, but I haven’t even been clearly told what’s wrong with the car. I suspect something happened to it while it was at McGrath, and I feel like I'm losing everything.

Called before they opened said they'd hold a car for us when we are 2 hrs away! SOLD IT right when we got there in front of us.Then sold us a bad car! Had a rental and that broke down and wouldn't give us a new rental unless we bought a new car that day off there lot!! They DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.Id give 0 stars if I could!

Needed a fuel pump for my challanger and after days and days of searching and hassle Cody and Patrick in parts were able to get me what I needed fast when not 1 other dealer or part store had it nor could they get it due to back order.... even better is I showed up 2 minutes past parts department closing and Patrick came back to the store so I could buy the part. All in all these guys are life favors and I really appreciate everything they have done so thank you guys...
