I have had a great experience here. I was pricing out the materials for a decking project and got everything I needed from Ogden and Adams through Dave Albert. They were helpful, personable, and the price was competitive with any of the big box retailers. The first part of the materials were delivered only a day after calling in the final bill of material. Definitely go here for your projects, it will be a far better experience and you'll be supporting a local business.

I stopped in at Ogden and Adams Lumber this afternoon, just to buy one board that I neededEven though it was a trivial sale for them, I got treated like I was the most important customer of the day! Very quick and easy service! I was in and out of there in 5 minutes! Thanks Ogden and Adams! I'll be back!

had Trevor measure a door for me on 5/11 and said he would get back to me with the cost of a special order. he never called so i called him twice and left him voicemail he didn't return my call. i did get a hold of him on 5/21 and he told me he was to busy to check for one and it wouldn't hurt his feelings to go else where. 1st and last time i will try to do business with them. I own a business and i would never turn away a customer because it was to much hassle. good luck Trevor. Customer service not worth the star. Back to Menards where the customer service is the same.

Standing by customers is no longer a strong point of O&A. I called in and told them I need a patio door for a 72x80 opening and I was in a hurry to get it. They got the door quick, but when I went to install, it didn't fit. O&A ordered me an entry door in 72x80 with a RO of 74x81 1/4. Now O&A won't do anything because I signed off on the door. I'm not sure about anyone else, but $1,100 is a lot of money to just leave sitting in my garage on a door that doesn't fit. No one cares about customer service anymore in this company. So much for good home town local businesses. Lowe's and Home Depot have treated me better than this. I guess I won't be giving O&A the $15,000 for the material I need to build a garage in the spring. Your loss is someone else's gain.
