Joe Glaspie and the team at Blair’s Ferry US Cellular are true sales/phone professionals! Not only did Joe help me make informed decisions on getting my new phone, but I had a blast, and we had a lot of laughs doing so. Lol I had an 11pro max with no more memory that was running super slow and affecting my ability to do quick business. He brought me up to speed with technology and also helped me make informed decisions on accessories for my phone - I ended up getting a wallet case, car charging attachment that goes on your air vent, and one for my room that is also a magnetic type deal that charges through the case. Also got protectors for my screen and cameras. Everything has been flawless including the process of transferring things over and getting the phone set up - I couldn’t be happier. Posting a sincere thank you to both Joe and Reese from the Blairs Ferry IA-448 store for their great customer service. They assessed my needs, my techy limitations and provided me with a few choices for a phone. In addition, we had a very detailed conversation about my current Internet/WiFi service problems. I left the store with a new phone (so easy to use) and all the equipment necessary to switch from my cable company to US Cellular as my internet provider. I was up and running in less than 30 minutes!

I came in recently with an older friend who was getting a cell phone account for the first time, and had the most AMAZING experience with JOE G. He was absolutely fantastic - extremely patient, kind, warm, professional, knowledgable, helpful, and all around FANTASTIC!!! He is one of the best people that I've ever had help me, and we so appreciated his kindness and big heart. I cannot give higher praises to Joe - he is incredible, his service was out of this world, and his kindness made a real difference in our day!!! Thank you so much, Joe!! You're the BEST!!!!!

This is by far the best location of all wireless stores in Cedar Rapids. The sales staff greeted us and opened the door upon arrival. We went in to upgrade phones and the person we worked with looked over our entire account first and was able to get us into an updated plan which gave us more features and actually lowered our bill. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the store. I was even more impressed I didn't have to wait at all to be helped like at other locations.

Problem with flip phone screen. Rep had me talk to support she had called. They issued a repair number and told me to go to Best Buy for repair. Best Buy said they weren't authorized to do repairs. Went back to UC Cellular and was told to ignore person at door of Best Buy and go back to Geek Squad. Went back to Best Buy and was told that I needed appointment to see Geek Squad. My wife went in and got to Geek Squad and was told where to get it repaired. On a 1 to 10 scale both Uscellular and Best Buy would not even get to 1.

Unfortunately us cellular is becoming less of a favorite of mine. Person I worked with nice, but the problem couldn't be fixed unless I paid off a phone first. Company needs to be more transparent in their contracts!! Becoming a terrible company to deal with!

The sales lady ( I think she was the manager, she seemed to be running the show) told us promotions were the 11th and we would save more money if we came back. She asked us to come specifically to her store since technically she's not suppose to tell us that and she would appreciate our business. We appreciated that and came back, then she tells us promotions are the 18th. I get irritated because this is the 4th US cellular I've been to without getting what I need so i just walk out. I ended up switching to Verizon. My boyfriend decided to stick with us cellular and came back after having a phone set aside for his son who went over a week without a phone (he has a teenager ?). The lady promised to hold onto the phone until he came back and she sold it. This lady is super shady!! We went to the US Cellular Edgewood NE. Way better service!!

I stopped in last week to get an upgrade for my iPhone. Jeffery was phenomenal. To keep it short he was knowledgeable, personable, answered questions with ease and honesty and helped me look at potential new plans. Another gentleman came over a few times to help and I wish I would have gotten his name because we was suburb as well. Thank you for a great transition to a new phone.

I have US Cellular for my phone provider and I'm very proud of it. Very good service! When I had problems they were promptly taken care of!
