My Renegade I bought a year ago had 2 little marks on it and it doesn't hardly ever leave my garage. We decided it needed to get driven instead of stored and drove it to Davenport for a baby shower. Of course I wanted to get it washed before putting it in the garage. Went to my parents house on the way home and we walked around it admiring it. Went to this car wash and now it has scratches like brush strokes on the passenger side hood, a black scuff on the drivers side right about where there was a white line running down almost the whole side of the driver's side. Plus the round brush marks on it. I paid for the highest $26 wash. No one stood with a hose washing it before we went in and other than all the MARKS and SCRATCHES it was still dirty!! Im supposedly going to be getting a call from a manager and an associate took pictures. I still haven't gotten the call back. I wont stop until this is resolved even though the car probably won't be the same.Seen a detailer and its going to cost $250.The only way this will be resolved is getting it detailed, buffed, and waxed.Im not getting any calls back just routed and rerouted!!!! Small claim court is next!

Since you’ve opened here on Blairsferry Rd., I’ve been a member. I use to was my own car by hand. With the quality of your wash and vacuum stations it’s simply the best. With your friendly staff and unlimited washing, it’s truly one of today’s best values.

I get my car washed daily. The only drawback is that with my crossover SUV, the area under the spoiler and the back always has run off with muddy leftovers no matter what I do and how many times I wash it it seems.

First ever Google Review, but I felt this needed to be posted.First time I took my truck through this wash and the blowers blew off my bed cover and broke it.Previously I had gone through 10+ other car washes without any issues since I bought my truck. I wanted to try out Mister Car Wash.Obviously they were not responsive to making the issue right. They pointed to the sign that stated where they are not responsible for any damage to covers.There are a lot of options out there. And there are a lot of well-meaning owners that try to make things right and not just dismiss you. Give your business to them because if you have any issues this car wash does not care. I know I will.

they don't answer the phone. tried to call and speak with someone, no one answers at the location and customer service line just hangs up on you without answering.

Employees are friendly, however, this car wash scratches the paint on my car and also has damaged my front license plate and license plate cover multiple times. Not worth it. I’m switching to a touch less car wash for these reasons

Good car wash. Most of the times, it cleans perfectly. Specially useful during winter time. Additional space with multiple vacuum cleaners, after coming out of the car wash is also very useful.

Super nice place and staff! My card didn’t work, and they don’t accept cash, so I just got let in for free. Staff is super friendly and I definitely recommend!

Not a big fan of this car wash. For as much as it costs to go through it, my car was still dirty on the windshield, back hatch window and around the license plate.I haven't used the vacuums.
