Their tunnel car wash seems to do a great job getting my vehicles clean. They're close and quick, which makes it super convenient. I usually choose Tommy's however, because they have an interior mat wash machine.

My experiences here get worse everything. Started off good getting a pre rinse to get bugs now that never happens. The people working seem to have gotten worse and stopped caring. Not just this location but others in town also. If your in the market try Tommy's instead

Honestly have no idea why I’m paying so much money for a membership and it never gets my car clean. Never gets the bugs off. They barely pre-spray it at all at the beginning. This misses the entire purpose of a car wash. Brand new car I’m trying to keep clean i got the premium washes even went through twice before and still didn’t even get the bugs off my front end.

You cannot go to any of their locations and not be bombarded by sales people trying to sell you their membership. I have a completely blacked out truck and their white sticker stuck out like a sore thumb on my vehicle so I cancelled my membership. What’s crazy annoying is they try and sell me every single time I come to get a wash, and I can’t just use their “self serve” machine without them getting uncomfortably close to me and my vehicle to buy a membership. Even when I said no today, they asked if I knew someone who had the membership so I could upsell them which makes zero sense.
It’s wild that they would rather me pay monthly for a membership that cost less money than me just paying for 2 car washes each month. Guess they don’t like money.

I love being able to just pull up and have my van washed without having to get out!! I live in the country on gravel roads and I have my van washed everytime I come into Cedar Rapids! It's so awesome to have all of the dust and mud washed off and I have sparkling clean windows to see out of and the tire shine is amazing!!

The guy that was working where you go in to pay was extremely helpful. He saw how dirty the car was and said if it's not clean enough when you're finish today, you're welcome to come back, and we'll do it again with no extra charge. He spoke directly to me and wasn't distracted with cell phones and other stuff and gave me a smile, and said thank you for coming today. I had not been there before with this particular vehicle, so he made recommendations that were just fitting for how dirty the car was from being on a dirt road with mud. I will definitely be going back.
