Just another Lowes like I've seen across the country. Well stocked and cleaner than many, the staff often seem less than thrilled be there though.

I ordered a couple items from Lowe's website - first item: qty of 1, second item: qty of 2. First item was delivered yesterday, second item was delivered today but only one of the quantity of 2 came. After an hour on the phone I ended up having to get a refund (because they couldn't just resend the item they missed) and I had to reorder the missing item. In the end it cost me more for my original order because I had to pay shipping this time!! The 5% discount they gave me on the reordered item didn't make a dent. Extremely poor operating system!!! It was your screw up and you charged me more for it!!! Not cool!!!

Lowes is a quality home improvement, hardware store, but today I was disappointed to find out they wouldn't honor my veteran discount because the item I was buying was on sale. I felt that shouldn't have made a differance.

Fantastic! I would like to give a shout out to the amazing team at the contractors desk at the Lowe's store in Cedar Rapids, IA. The experience my wife and I had with them was first class! Our salesperson Rob was so informative, patient and friendly to work with and I'm sure we drove him nuts with all questions we had as well. But you would never know it and he even made suggestions that saved us some additional money. We also had the pleasure to work with Zach the contractors desk manager when Rob was away or busy with others. Talk about an awesome guy, Zach called me to let us know the dryer from the set we ordered was recalled and when we come in he will help us pick out another dryer or set. We went the next day and Zach took us around and told us the features/benefits of other sets we were looking at compared to what we purchased. Plus, took us to other areas of the store for things we were considering to purchase, and if he didn't know the answers to our questions he brought someone over that did. He spent almost 2 hours with us helping get everything corrected and making sure it was exactly what we wanted and set-up the delivery time as well. WOWZA! We also took his suggestion and opened a Lowe's Pro account for our future home and rental properties needs. After the amazing experience we had I'm kicking myself for not going to Lowe's years earlier. Thank you Zach and the entire Lowe's contract team in Cedar Rapids for setting the bar high and exemplifying excellent customer service! You're the best!

Like the store very well but for years now they do not provide shopping baskets at the entrance to the stores and you have to go looking for them in the aisles. Have contacted management numerous times about it and nothing is ever done about it!!? Such a simple thing to correct seems like it's just ignored!!!

Lowe’s is always great. I choose Lowe’s and the orange brand over Menards every day. Whenever I need anything I know where to find it and it is simple!

I only had a single item I purchased for curbside pickup, so my experience was limited. All I can contribute is that the price was right for what I purchased and the staff member that brought my item out was prompt and friendly.

Awesome young men. Saw us in the parking lot with large bulbs. Carried them in for us and submitted for recycling. Found replacement bulbs. Fast efficient service.

Shopped for garden plants & flowers in their outdoor garden area. Old sale signs from 2 weeks ago hanging above the potting soil- when I noticed the $5 price hike on my receipt i went back to the sign & noticed the outdated poster hanging above & told the cashier about it. He said just take a picture of it, go inside to customer service & they will issue you a in store voucher. I said, no I don't want to take the time to do that, just go take down the sign so others aren't misled. He said he couldn't leave his post but people inside the store knows this sign is up & told me again to go take a picture of the sign & go to customer service. Ugh. I said never mind... then I got home & the miracle grow concentrated powder I bought for $10 was a hard brick inside the box so I was unable 2 even use it. ? I used to think Lowes sold quality products & had good customer service but not anymore.
