Great staff, clean store. The ingredients to the fresh food. Horrible. I know the kitchen staff are not responsible because I sat and watched with no fresh food on the sandwich/salad shelf(clod shelf), waited, got my sandwich after they had the ingredients, and found brown, dried, and smelly ham on my sandwich with a few other spoiled ingredients. This has happened with a salad, and with a couple of frozen foods they sell there. I will continue to go there because the staff an excellent, but I will never get a sandwich there again, not even if they look good. $6.49 is to expensive for a sandwich that has spoiled ingredients on it

Product selection was as expected. However, when entering the establishment, I was immediately asked to remove my cycling backpack and place it on a counter by the door. I understand the reason for this is due to an abundance of theft at this location. However, the next gentleman who entered also had a backpack and was not asked to remove his. The issue I take with this is that the employees don't seem to equally enforce this policy. Perhaps more training is needed. Overall experience was ok, but I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention.

Just moved to the area and every time I come in the young lady name Keosha? Always very nice and friendly.. speaks to me upon entering. Wonderful customer service. Thanks !

As I don't care about the 50 cents to me it's the fine print and the explanation given for why the signs were up! If you buy 2 roller grill items you get $1 drink. Now that $1drink is the 1st thing you see then if you have 2020 vision or your glasses on you see it's in fine print that it's a medium drink. Now I didn't want a drink but figured why not it's a $1 wanted ice and was gonna be charged either way. Wanted Squirt but it's out despite 5 workers in store. Got tea np but the way the manager pointed to the fine print and the other worker says we don't make the signs we just put them up...blew me! Yea K&G knows what it means to draw attention it's called marketing but they really should invest in customer service skills of which they lack! Besides Ann it's a pass for coming back to any K&G and let's talk about the kitchen manager shall we!

To be honest I only go there because close to solving the biggest upset in town. Not 2 worry, most looking at 5min probably 15 max out there toll iñ defençe of their store, I have personally seen them robbed but 2 wrongs don't it the right
