Since when does Kum & Go allow Hip Hop music be loudly played in stores, music with foul language blaring. And when were headphones allowed at checkstands.Young man at night never greeted, or said a word, wearing headphones and looked at his phone the whole time. Someone should watch whats going on in evenings at 1st Ave Cedar Rapids store. It's embarrassing!

There's one cashier that works mornings, has such an infectious personality. Gives a warm good morning to every customer with a huge smile. This morning he was singing Picture by Cheryl Crow and Kid Rock. It was EXACTLY the boost I needed this morning. I grabbed my purple Monster listened to his singing as I walked the store. We need more of that in the world.

When Cedar Rapids list all its good top tier gas stations, Kum & Go opened up. The people are friendly, they work hard, and keep the store cleaned and stocked. There's a lot of variety in the convenience section. It's easy to get in and out of the pumps and back out onto the street. This station is definitely top tier.

Done with all kum and go the one on mt Vernon rd employees talk s*** about other customers and the service is horrible as if my service is an inconvenience to them and to top it off my first time at the 1ave kum & go The lady behind the counter yelled at me and my son to get out of the store immediately, the last time that happened was because the person was racist, no explanation just get out of the store I was so embarrassed to be there and embarrassed to be Hispanic I'm done with this chain all together Thank goodness there is a Casey's

The old grumpy guy Howard should not be working customer service! He is extremely rude and unprofessional! I will not go back to this store as long as he is employed there! I called and talked to the manager and he told me that he would fire him if he could but the G.M. wont let him. He said he is well aware of the frequent problems that Howard has with the customers. How is this guy still employed with your company?

I stopped into Kum & go #517, 3132 1st Ave NE,Cedar Rapids, IA on 2/14/2020 at 5:57 p.m. I bought some energy drinks. One energy drink was priced differently than the others, when I mentioned this to the manager she became very rude about it and told me that she would only give it to me at that price one time after checking the shelf price was lower and which energy drink flavor I brought. If this is the way they're going to treat their customers at this store, then I do not think I will be stopping there again.

Didn’t have Kum and Go where I’m from so I didn’t know what to expect. They’re super fancy and clean, just like a Kwik Star. They have a wide variety of food and drinks and their coffee is decent. I mostly just wish they had Top Tier gas.
