Just had a awesome experience at Kelly's Auto Body. Great customer service and top-notch auto body technicians. The owner went above and beyond to fix the door issue on my truck. I would highly recommend this business for any auto body work. Worth much more than 5 stars.

Had an AMAZING experience!! My brand new car got a huge rock chip on it from a car in front of me driving onto the shoulder with less than 500 miles. There were three huge chips on the A-pillar on a premium metallic paint. They got me in right away and fixed it in two days. The results are amazing, they matched the color perfectly. You can't even tell that it ever happened. We paid out of pocket instead of ruining our insurance premium but it was an extremely reasonable price, we were expecting it to be way more. They were super polite and very professional with their service. Hopefully we never need to go to a body shop again, at least for a long time, but if we ever do, we will only return here, never anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone with a need to go to a body shop. Would give 10 stars if possible!!

They had my car for almost 3 plus weeks for minor exterior damage (broken side mirror, scratches, and a couple small dents on the fender) then when I would call them to get and update on it they would never give me a specific answer then they would call my insurance company and tell them its going to be another week or 2 weeks they are very unprofessionalServices: Painting

I came here for an estimate and unfortunately a second estimate. Lowell made sure he went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of properly! I was given an opportunity to have a printed copy or a copy emailed to me, I chose email to save him time because of how awesome he was. Came to get some parts of my car painted and I truly believe Lowell and his team knocked this project out of the park! I think their pricing was very fair and competitive to the other shops in the area. After seeing the finished result I was left breathless, as my vision had come to life. There were some very minor imperfections about the work done but after bringing it the their attention they assured me it would be addressed. This shop really does stand behind by their work and it shows. I would highly recommend Kelley's auto body and look forward to doing further business with them in the very near future!

Took my car here for a insurance claim they took a month to replace a rear bumper and couldn’t even do the job right called to try and fix the issue they said they would call me back and make sure to take of it never got a call back and was blamed for not telling them about the other damage when I brought the car there for they can diagnose it they just care about ripping off insurance and doing a good job there word means nothing from what I’ve experience very unprofessional and poor customer service of your spending your own money here save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

Dropped off my car at 8 am when they opened by 430 pm they had yet to take a look at my car. Spent $50 on uber trips on my chemo treatment infusion day for nothing. Will not return. Lady at the desk was very nice but said she wished she could just retire early. Not recommened.

I had Kelley's Auto Body repaint the hood on a used (2020) car I had bought. It had some blemishes that detracted from the appearance. I was VERY pleased with the results! Perfect paint match. Plus they are really good folks to work with. I'd give them 6 stars if it was an option!

They did a very nice job on bodywork. Can't even tell there has been an accident. Some confusion on completion date. But they did finish to meet my time requirements. And I was able to start traveling again on the date I had wanted. Cut it close but they made it happen.
