I needed an emergency relocation of my Matrix treadmill for a carpet installation. The crew was not only on time, but early. They worked so fast I felt I was definitely in their way. Efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience here. The staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind! Helped us even though we came in with less than 40 minutes to closing time. Was a great experience!

Ive got to say 5 Stars for Johnson Fitness and Wellness. Mark ran me through a list of machines, went through them to the T with us and helped us pick two awesome units. We left happy, delivery was awesome with Cory and his boy. Two awesome guys who made the process a breeze. Grateful for all these guys did for us! Keep it up boys.

We received great service and both sales reps were really knowledgeable about all of the products that we purchased. It was our second major purchase from the Cedar Rapids store and I would recommend them to anyone interested in fitness equipment!

Mark Dean was able to answer all our questions. We were interested in a treadmill. Then we were looking at the rowing machines. Mark gave us information on different ways to work different muscles. We then asked questions about elliptical machines. Mark asked questions about what we wanted the different machines to do. We ended up with an elliptical and rowing machine. Mark was great to work with.We had questions about delivery and Josh was able to answer them.Great purchasing experience.

Purchased a home gym in Cedar Rapids. Waited a week for a call from them for delivery. Stopped at the store multiple times during the hours posted on the door but it was never open. Got nervous that they may be going out of business so stop payment on the check and went elsewhere

I really liked doing business with Chase at Johnson Fitness in Cedar Rapids. He provided honest input to help us make our purchase decision easier. He politely answered all of our questions and provided prompt responses and follow up. I am very satisfied with the treadmill and highly recommend Johnson Fitness!

The experience was great. It is just disappointing that the newer treadmill belts cannot match the belt on my Landice pro trainer I purchased 17 years ago.

The two gentlemen working were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were able to purchase what we were looking for very quickly, but they did not rush us at all. Very impressed with Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store.
