They have a good variety of craft supplies, fabric, decorations and more. Great discounts at different times of the year like after Christmas. Good service and friendly employees.

If I were able to put ZERO stars I would. My mother in law, stopped into the store as a new customer, we are new in this town. She asked for help to find tie knot blankets so she could make a blanket with all three grandkids. The girl comes over, doesn't find what they're looking for AND PROCEEDED TO WALK AWAY SAYING NOTHING to my mother in law. Mother in law went to the counter with coupons after searching for other things she needed, coupons that were valid for Joanns and not expired. The coupons wouldn't work so the employee got the manager , the manger tried the coupon and it didn't work. So he decided to tell my mother in law that he couldn't apply any discounts today because he doesn't know how. Why on earth would a company hire people to work for them, some even as managers , that don't know how to work the computers or understand the company coupons. And I've never in my life heard of someone just walking away from a customer because they took couldn't find something. My family will be calling corporate if something is not done about this situation. Hopefully Joanne's can address this properly and professionally. I'm giving them a chance too. This isn't right.

My mom really likes Joann Fabric. She's going to do some sewing in a few sweatshirts of mine. Had to park kind of far away because all of the disabled spots were taken!!

Been in on three separate occasions, cannot recommend any less. Michaels or even Walmart are much better alternatives.

I love to browse. I usually find what I want. The staff takes their time at the cutting table to get the cut right. The number system there works well. If there's a line most customers are happy to chat a little while waiting. Cutting table is not the place to go if you're in a hurry. I would like to see a better way to line up at the cutting table. It's not the most convenient when there's several carts .

I used to love shopping at Joanns but the store has become about as worthless as the Walmart sewing/craft section. The apparel fabrics have dwindle down to almost no options, findings and craft supplies are so limited I end up wasting time in the store to order it all online anyway, and unless you want help with basic crafting the employees are completely uneducated and helpless in most art and crafting.

There were 5 people waiting to have material cut with one young man working the cutting table. An employee who had just gotten off work went to find a manager to cut material for herself. She was taken care of before the customers who were patiently waiting was. She had 6 bolts of fabric. Customers paying full price should have been taken care of first. It will be a long time before I go back to that store. Customers mean nothing to them.

I got too much fabric (on sale for 1/2 off) and my batting (for 40% off) so I left with way more than I intended to... But everyone was helpful and professional. I didn't wait long to get fabric cut, it was well measured and cut straight, she was personable as she measured so it wasn't like I waited in silence... All in all, every trip I make in is a good one!

I like that the selection is different from the other craft stores, cost is a dollar or two higher per item but the quality of the beading supplies I got was really good. I hadn't gone to JoAnn in years, but I'll definitely be back!
