I have had the most positive experience with metro by T-Mobile. I've been in 3 stores in 3 states in the last year and have found the techs to be extremely competent and willing to help as well as having great attitudes. I've made a few calls to customer service and been treated with respect and had any issues resolved without fail. Keep up the good work and stay positive. Thanks to you all.

Went into the store and the service was great but over the phone could use some work. Put me on hold for 10mins and when they did get back on was rude about answering my questions.

Always fast, service is above the rest, and I ALWAYS feel welcomed the second I open the front door here! Highly recommend this place over ANY OTHER prepaid carrier out there! Phone never loses service, I travel across America with my phone and not a hint of issues. I'm impressed with the service for being as reasonably priced as it is! I wanna give Deondre a special review for being an amazing employee! She knows her job well, and she performs it with a professional approach. Whoever owns this franchise needs to realize that they have a very dedicated employee and should give her a rather generous raise, you cant get dedication and commitment from just anyone now days

Went there today to purchase more time on a phone that my handicapped brother needs because it has ran out of call time. I have been purchasing call time since early November and never had any issues. I even had the receipt for last month that I paid the monthly fee. And the lady " Lauren" was quite rude not only to me but to people she had talked to on the phone. She said that the number I had which I had already purchased time for in the past was unable to access the account. I don't understand what they did on there end. So I will be taking my business elsewhere especially after dealing with that lady. She is not a people friendly person.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I called and had questions about changing services, told them i would be in today. They said they close at 8pm. I got there at 7:38. Lights off, door locked and no one there. This is a buisness! If you cant even be open when you said you were and the internet says your open, what does that say about customer service!!?? I need reliable phone service. They just dropped the ball. I wont be back.
