My son and I had a terrible experience here and would hope people aren’t being lied too on a daily basis. My son’s number is currently porting and the man who helped us lied to him and said he needed to purchase an entire new phone to get his number to work. He even had customer service on speaker phone and lied to them about what his name is and said Mike when his name begins with a K. when the customer service rep on speaker phone suggested we get a new number and I agreeed, he shook his head no to me and then proceeded to tell my son he needed to purchases a phone. My son‘s phone is under a provisioning. I found out today when I called customer service and spoke to them myself. We can wait up to 72 hours for his old number to port over or it only cost $15 for a new phone number. The worker purposely lied to us to try to sell us a very expensive phone so he could earn commission

Danielle was SO NICE!! My phone went completely black, wasn't charging and I was a mess thinking someone hacked my account due to my g mail getting hacked into on the dark web 3 weeks ago. Anyway, Danielle took my phone and had the magic touch! My phone is working and just fine!I will be going back to buy a new phone from her soon. As mine is now 2 years old.Thank you so much Danielle!!!

I really can't use my hot spot. I get either to use it for a little bit or not at all.and I am paying for it. And also I was in there and a guy help me for the program deal and I can't get into it

Customer service wasn’t great the girl was super nice the guy was exasperated the entire time. Been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years and went in due to reception being terrible and paying $100 with my phone paid off. Going to Verizon after this experience

I have had the most positive experience with metro by T-Mobile. I've been in 3 stores in 3 states in the last year and have found the techs to be extremely competent and willing to help as well as having great attitudes. I've made a few calls to customer service and been treated with respect and had any issues resolved without fail. Keep up the good work and stay positive. Thanks to you all.

Always fast, service is above the rest, and I ALWAYS feel welcomed the second I open the front door here! Highly recommend this place over ANY OTHER prepaid carrier out there! Phone never loses service, I travel across America with my phone and not a hint of issues. I'm impressed with the service for being as reasonably priced as it is! I wanna give Deondre a special review for being an amazing employee! She knows her job well, and she performs it with a professional approach. Whoever owns this franchise needs to realize that they have a very dedicated employee and should give her a rather generous raise, you cant get dedication and commitment from just anyone now days
