It’s now been over a year since we’ve had Invisible Fence of Cedar Rapids come out and I am more impressed than I was that first week. We have a truly wild Pomsky with extra thick fur and they had tamed him to our yard in a week! With 2 acres a traditional fence was not an option. Reasonably priced considering a small run we were originally going to put up with vinyl was the same price as the whole property being done with invisible fence!

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for an in home meeting. 20 minutes prior to my meeting time I received a text from Kevin Carlson who said he was needed to cancel the appointment and would call me later. I responded for him not to call me and said how as a potential customer, it was totally inappropriate to be sent a cancellation via text.I then called the corporate office and was told this is an independent agent and there were no other options to use their brand. At that point, I decided to call the Cedar Rapids dealer directly and speak to the owner. Guess who answered the phone? It was Kevin Carlson. I identified myself, and told him exactly how I felt to which he said "They were too busy with calls and requests from being off for 4 days of Thanksgiving that he didn't have time to call people." Even to let them know an existing appointment was being cancelled mind you. He did have time to text however.Needless to say, I have found another company and have actually had a conversation with them. I didn't have to fill out a form online to receive a system generated confirmation, and a last minute cancellation via text. I spoke with a person who seems to enjoy what they do, and for the safety and we'll being of my pets, as well as the cost associated with the product, that is what I want to experience as a customer.Glenn M

Love this company! They show up when they say they will be here and they always go above and beyond!!! They are super knowledgeable, I can give them a horrible explanation of what's going on and they always get it fixed!!!

Worst experience ever! Such a nightmare! My fence has had problems since installing we have asked to be refunded and it be removed with in the one year and continued to have issues after the one year and they keep pushing solutions and saying this will solve they work for a while then stop. My poor Shepherd is terrified and shakes now! He gets shocked inside his fence randomly!!! They keep trying to charge us to come out to fix something they haven’t fixed yet! Do not purchase this brand. My neighbor and parents have another brand and have no issues . Ours has been non stop and has affected my dog and how he acts!

Recently got the boundary plus installed for our three golden retrievers and couldn’t be happier! We have a fairly large yard on the outside of a small town so potentially the dogs had plenty of room to roam but they liked to wander and being that we were still in a town, a lot of the time they had to be confined to leashes in the yard. We contemplated a invisible fence many times but never pulled the trigger because we thought we’d have to have a small square and wasn’t sure how it would work but we finally did it and it is great! They were able to use the whole yard and even through the driveway, which we weren’t sure would work. They were very thorough explaining how to train the dogs and scheduled 3 time to come out and work with them with us and after the dogs weren’t 100%, they offered to come again if needed. The communication was great and we’re on time every time.If your considering one, do it!! Worth every penny! We wish we would have done it so much sooner!

From start to finish our experience was top notch! Outstanding product for an invisible fence for both our dogs. Our trainer is one of the best we have seen! You won't be disappointed! He cares, shows love, educates and takes his time to walk you through everything!
