Great service! My vehicle is a little bit older and needed some disassembly done to remove the battery. They ran into an issue with a rusted clamp but they did beautiful work! Very quick and efficient work for the complications they had.

Updating this review due to the response and positive resolution that was provided to me.My 11-month-old car battery was originally denied its warranty because it froze up - this only happens after becoming very discharged. It froze up in cold weather after becoming discharged under recent Highway driving, and there is no issue with the alternator, so to me this clearly indicated the battery simply wasn’t taking a charge. The clerk didn’t want to hear it, so I was unhappy and down $140 after buying a replacement battery elsewhere.However, Michael reached out after I left the review and made things right, honoring the warranty as stated. It took some time but things were made right in the end.It’s unfortunate that my battery didn’t end up lasting very long, I can’t award a perfect rating due to all that, but I’m very pleasantly surprised that Michael went the extra mile to patch things up with me and issue a refund.

I came to interstate battery simply to get a battery and move on with my day. The day that started with me being stuck at Walgreens for an hour due to this dead battery, so as you can understand I was not looking forward to the rest of the day. I pulled into interstate battery and a worker was doing something outside but when I got out of my car I was greeted by him. His name is Chase. Within 10 minutes, he had disconnected my old battery and put in the new one and had me checked out. The fact he went above and beyond to help me install the battery, in this colder weather was amazing. I highly recommend Chase, as while he was working on my battery he got to know me as a person. He asked what I was doing this weekend, and was very courteous and helpful. Interstate Battery is lucky to have a worker of his caliber.Thanks again Chase for turning my day around by going above and beyond your job expectations. I’m glad we were able to get this taken care of quickly and smoothly but I am also happy to have made a friend!

Stopped by to buy 6 batteries and the young guy at the counter was unable to assist me. He referred me to calling the corporate office. He said I needed an account and didn’t know much. He said he needed help from a coworker. Nobody would come up and help. Terrible experience with no service. The manager was out and the kid kept repeating that.

Prices are are as good or better than auto stores or Walmart for a better battery. Better warranty than OEM Polaris.

Best to purchase your batteries and install on your own. Highway robbery to charge $5 for installation of a $2 battery!
