Had back surgery yesterday. Needed my pain meds. Pulled up and lady said the main pain meds were on back order and didn’t even give us time to ask a single question as I’m sitting in pain in the car and went to grab other prescription. We Waited 10 minutes and then called my doctor to go somewhere else. Just saying if you’re fresh out of any surgery don’t send prescriptions here. If you’re out of something don’t immediately turn around. Let the customer ask a question.

Where do I start going camping so had to get in wine and spirits nobody There had to wait for someone to open the gate so I could get what I needed. Then going to check out only one checker and 1 self check Isle open waited in the checker line to get me checked out with her using. Her hand held scanner. And me picking everything up from the far side of the checker to bring it to the other side to put in the cart. I used to make fun of Walmart and their service but anymore by far Walmart is better and safer. Just pathetic don't want to hear contact management because I have done that in the past. And does no good? This store has gone down hill fast not to mention on trying to enter the store is terrible.

Using drive thru grocery pick-up there's this impressive hard working young man who takes his job seriously. I think that's rare these days.He's fast, careful and friendly.Shout out to Preston O.!

Love this grocery store they keep it looking clean and nice. Also the staff are friendly. Prices are a bit high but with inflation its par for the course. They have a Starbucks in the store as well which is great!

Slow is an understatement. Takes a long time waiting in the drive-up, takes a long time waiting after prescription has been called in. Recently I was put on hold after calling them in my car and was still on hold 12 minutes later after parking and going to the counter in person...just to be told my prescription still wasn't ready from the doctor calling in the day before. Staff rarely seems to care and hasn't for some time. Done with this location.

Slowest place on earth to get post surgery medication. Had oral surgery in the AM. Had to wait 5 hours to get pain meds. Intern also needs to work on having a personality.

With the prices you charge why can't you provide ink for the cash registers in the Wine and Spirits department so a person can read it! This has been going on for a long time. How does a person determine if you are being charged incorrectly which has happened to me. Oh wait, maybe that's the reason you don't fix them!!!

The only good thing is the drive thru. However, always waiting for prescriptions for hours after being called in from the doctor. I've even gone the next day after it being called in and it still wasn't ready. I wait even when I call in my normal refills. We switched to this pharmacy because it was close to home. However we will be switching elsewhere. It's been three years and it's the same terrible thing over and over. It's not just one tough day. It's consistently terrible

staff is not as friendly as Johnson Ave, plus you're not followed around and watched when in Johnsom hyvee. you can shop in peace there. I'll drive across town to avoid this hy vee because of these two reasons.

The Wilson Ave Hy-Vee store is totally awesome. I shop there quite frequently. The employees are courteous and polite.

got chinese food from the wilson ave store yesterday and was just horrible. beef with brocolli was just mushy and general tso chicken not any better. pork egg rolls were good though. the hyvees are usually pretty good when it comes to the deli food.
