This was my third year and final year at H&R block and a very poor experience. I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, in part because the person who was doing my taxes took a phone call that came in while she was with the client ahead of me. When I had a question about my tax return, they said I could leave a message and never returned my call.

Never had any issues and the tax pros are always helpful, we miss Pam, but Wynonia took over for her as our tax pro and has done right by us in her stead. She is very kind and helpful and does her best to explain things and makes sure we understand everything when we have questions.

What a rip off. These con artists don't give squat about their customers. Zero help before, during, and after, the sale. A monkey could fill out boxes on a screen, hand you a big fat bill, then ignore you when the IRS comes after you for even more money. Makes me sick that I was taken in by these so called Tax Masters. Learn from my mistake. Run. Throw your money down the nearest rat hole. You'll be much better off.

This is how taxes were done back in the 80’s (hard copies, no internet, can’t open quickbooks files, etc). And there is a massive disconnect between the appt schedulers and preparers. Not good…

Not a gud experience so I get my taxes filed every year over here this year I had no cash to pay the fee so I used my debit card instead .I got a tax return back the money was deposited into my account then few days later I get a unauthorized withdrawal twice two separate occasions large amount from restaurants I've never even heard off I had to report fruad to my bank and stop service on the card I go to my bank to get a new card and try to let h&r block know they need to have their credit card machines check and the lady just glares at me looking really guilty not friendly at all .I never had trouble with my card until I went to h&r block this year never again. Nothing but shady stares From this lady Soo women not public friendly at all very disloyal expression's
