Horrible experience.
We got appointment on the phone, and clearly explained that we needed a service to provide amendment to our past tax return (to add our daughter).
We had to wait 28 minutes for our appointment. They could just say the previous appointment was taking longer. It only takes this much to be kind.
After 28 min of waiting, we didn’t hear any “sorry”. And the lady said she can’t handle this service, and we needed to get appointment from another branch of H&R (near Lindale Mall).
We just lost our time. 2 communication issues here.
I did go to Lindale Branch and explained the case. What did we hear: “you didn’t need to come here, any branch could do it”.
The way they behave was rude and unprofessional. we will never work with this H&R branch again.

I’ve had some hit and misses over the years with HRB. I read through reviews of this office since I’m on this side of town now. I saw the glowing reviews for Therie. Her work bio on their site can further attest to her tenure. I met with her today, great energy, knowledgable and detailed. 10/10 would recommend her.

So i had appt made for tonite at 7pm oct.3, 2023.. i even got a reminder txt frm them yesterday. Ive been sitting in my car waiting for the person to arrive but still no one is here? Really nice considering i drove 30 minutes to get here, now im driving another 30 minutes home. This is absolutely rediculous to have an appt made but THEY DONT SHOW UP!! wow thanks for waisting my time H&R BLOCK

A little pricey if your taxes are complicated, but definitely worth it. They consistently get me the highest refunds in the shortest amount of time, they've never made a mistake, and they've caught every mistake that I (and my stockbroker) have ever made, including those from previous filings. A+
