Bc the lady was pretty helpful even tho she filled something I found out after the fact that didn't need to be filed but I dont think it would have . really made a difference. They charged me 175.00 plus additional 39.99 for not being able to pay what they charge today . Which you do not expect told that at all in the beginning so, I hope you have spare cash on you when u go in .. my return was only $400 like u really felt the need to charge me 175.00+the 39.99 kind of bogus if u ask me !!!

My appointment time was set for 7:30p, however I spent over an hour and a half waiting to be seen. I was not kept informed of how long it would be before I would be seen. When asked, the tax advisor that I spoke with said that she didn't know but that I'd be waiting until the next person's taxes were completed. What is the point of making an appointment when it is not honored! Very Frustrating!!
