“I stayed here for 5 days recently with a family member at the University Hospital in Iowa City. The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant staff went far beyond every day to make sure our stay was exceptional. The level of commitment to the guest is very refreshing in the current times. Our room was very clean, and well appointed with very comfortable beds and the stay over service was perfect.Thank you for your commitment to hospitality. Well done!”

“Our server Kale was excellent. Very thorough and attentive. We each tried something different. I had the Cobb salad with Chicken. It had unique corn bread crouton, cranberries, diced sweet potatoes, yummy fresh crumbles bacon bits. The sweet potato were the only part of my meal I was not a fan of. We all tried the salmon Cajun soup. It was good the salmon melted in your mouth. The Class Act burger my son said was easily the best burger he has had. My son's girlfriend had the Iowa omelet and she said it was yummy. My husband had the corn beef hash he said it was a great from scratch hash.”

“We had my daughters dance competition here. Overall it was a great space! Dressing room area was small. The food selection was minimal too. But there are restaurants in walking distance. There is plenty of open space. This helped entertain our two youngest boys in between events. Overall, we survived and had fun.”

“The bar was not open on Saturday night. We sat in the atrium chatting and the lady kicked us out. Closes at 10 PM. We were not loud or disruptive. Too strict of rules. Pool was nice but not allowed to have Any drinks. Not even water. Breakfast was good but they close at 9 AM. Worker told us to leave around 9:15 AM so he could clean up. So many weird rules! Great location and nice hotel but could be less rigid !!!”

“Booked a staycation for the kids to swim and have a family slumber party. The hotel staff were kind and responsive! The breakfast was delicious with huge portions. Leo, the restaurant staff, was attentive and had great rapport. He even offered to help me cut up my kids’ food so I could eat sooner. Overall a nice way to have a special time without leaving town!”

“I'd give them 0 stars if possible. These people will take your money and run with it. I've been charged a 250 cleaning fee for smoking in there rooms multiple times. See but here is what's funny I DONT SMOKE!!! This place should be shutdown stealing from there own customers that's sad. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a homeless person. Don't stay there. They have no pool no breakfast at all even though website and maps say they do.”

“Rented the Jacuzzi Suite on a Sunday night. The guy working the front desk was very polite and friendly. He worked quickly to find an available room for me and my guest. The check-in went smooth. The room was clean and ready for guests. The room was spacious. It had a large king size bed, an oversized reclining sofa chair, the usual stuff like a TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffeepot. The bathroom was nice. Didn't use it lol. The Jacuzzi was very nice. It was extra large and the jets felt great. The room also had large horizontal mirrors around the Jacuzzi which made things interesting. The hotel does not have a pool or hot tub. I did see a business center and I believe a small gym. It also has an ice machine and 2 vending machines. They have a small area for continental breakfast in the mornings. Check-out was fast and easy as well. Over all I believe this place is worth staying at if you don't care about not having a pool. the price I paid for a king Jacuzzi suite was cheaper then what I've paid next door for 1 room with 2 double beds.”

“I like this place as it's close to where my mom's staying and ya I may have worked there a night but Covid got me and well I never got paid but I ain't asking for it since they have always taken care of me and my family thru hell and back. And I'm pretty sure the owner is damn proud of me and would hire me again in a heartbeat as he knows I got 135 days clean now since Covid and rehab days that I went thru are now over.”
